First time visitor. Service was tremendously bad. Waited forever to get seated. Forgot drinks. Messed up order. Food was like 5 out of 10. Cookies are great. Pop in to buy those but I’d skip the eat in experience.

We met our daughter and family 3 evenings ago for dinner. There were 5 of us including our 5 year old granddaughter. We were seated and with in a short time our waitress took our order. We waited at least 30-40 minutes for our food to arrive. Meanwhile, other guests who arrived after us received their food. At one point, the waitress said our food would be coming soon and blamed the kitchen staff for the delay. After 10 more minutes our food arrived, except for mine. Again, the waitress blamed the kitchen staff and asked me what I had ordered. Another 10 minutes before my meal arrived without the sides I asked for and it was cold. After we complained, the waitress said she would remove it from our bill. We were never offered dessert and had to ask for that. Our grand daughter never got her cookie. We won’t be back.

We stopped by Eat n Park in Wexford. Luke was our server, and wow what a great job he did. He was attentive and very polite, making sure that we had a great dining experience. Sincerely, Debbie G.

Service was horrible, the hostess had her back to the door the entire time and was talking to a few waiters, completely ignoring the podium. Then it took our server, who I will not name, 15 minutes to even greet us. We waited 30 minutes for our food and it came out cold, even the plate was barely hot. I've never had such horrible service at any restaurant, usually I don't say anything because I know how it is to work in hospitality, but these kids don't deserve jobs if they aren't going to work.

Waitress was rude, and acted like we were a bother. If they were busy, I would have felt differently. And she grabbed the tip out of my hand, like we owed her for her poor service. Will not return.

I had breakfast with my mom about a month ago. We sat for hours and just talked, had coffee and breakfast. The server was polite and took care of us brilliantly. She didn't hover and was there whenever we needed anything. I had breakfast with family one Sunday morning. It was not very busy, but the server was not as fantastic. She was just OK. Having said that, she may have been crushed with work that we didn't see. We took that into consideration. She was lovely, the service was just a little slow.

Bang for your buck! We both picked an entree lunch item I added the salad bar instead of one side. We could have split one entree! But delicious and plenty of left overs for home. The seasonal menu was tasty and simple. The unique sign caught our eye as out of town visitors. Seems like it is a local chain. The food was fresh, the fried pickle spears were our favorite! Best I have ever had.

My friends and I dined here today and our server Roberta was the kindest woman ever. The kitchen was very backed up and she was so accommodating for this situation.
