Excellent food and service! This place is somewhat tucked away in a shopping center, but don't let the location fool you. It's a GREAT place for fresh (or frozen) pierogies and other traditional, home style dishes. Tried 4 different varieties of pierogi and each one was excellent. Will definitely be back!
The food is absolutely delicious. Portion size is big you get a lot for the price. There are tables to eat there but I've always done take out.

The food is always great. Love the meatballs and haluski and hubby adores the stuffed cabbage. Staff is always so nice too. A no frills experience if you dine in but food this good doesn't need a fancy place

Love me some Pierogies. They are a solid lunch spot, got some with kielbasa. Love their options and would recommend stopping in. Pittsburgh is know for some good pierogies and these do not disappoint. They got seating in side and plenty of parking for a quick pickup order. I also like how friendly the staff is. Will be stopping again soon!

We had #13 & #3 plus a side of cottage cheese pierogis. Very good. The kielbasa was very good, and I liked the sweetness of the cottage cheese pierogis. The halushki was just like my wife and my mother made. We couldn't finish it all, so we brought the gawompki home for tomorrow. Order and pay at the counter, then the food will be brought to you. We will go back.
Can't touch the Ukrainian ladies here the Rox. They make the best pierogies. Yours are good.

Wanted to find the best pierogi in Pittsburgh and drove outside of downtown to find them. Do not skip this place in your pierogi journey!!! The best my Polish dad says he’s had in decades!
