Graeter's ice cream definitely has higher end and good quality ice cream. My only gripe and my biggest gripe would be the price at the end of the day. Ice cream is ice cream and I don't want to have to choose whether I want to take my family to dinner or take them to Graeter's ice cream

Extremely disappointed and concerned – will never return
I used to be a loyal customer of Graeter’s, often bringing my family and even my kids’ sports team in after games. It was our little tradition, and we always enjoyed the experience—until recently.
On our last ever visit, one of the employees, a college age man named Aaron, made inappropriate and uncomfortable comments to my teenage daughter. I won’t go into detail here, but suffice it to say, his behavior was completely out of line and unacceptable for someone working around children and families. My daughter was shaken, and I was furious. Come to find out he is a supervisor?! Is this really the kind of person you have in charge of other employees at your store? Someone who makes, quite frankly, disgusting comments to minors?!
Parents—please be cautious. I never thought something like this would happen in a place we trusted. We will not be coming back, and I’ve warned other parents on the team as well.
Graeter’s needs to take these concerns seriously and ensure a safe environment for all customers, especially young ones.

Greaters has some of the better high-end ice cream around Pittsburgh. This location up north of Pgh is squeaky clean, awesome patio off to the side to eat outdoors, or indoor dining seats as well. All of your expected flavors are there including Buckeye Blitz, Madagascar Vanilla Bean, Cotton Candy, and many more! Special feature flavors are always a hit too! The whole family enjoyed the stop into here for a treat!

If first impressions are important, I recommend you hold your breath on the way in the door. There is definitely an...odd smell that greets you. However, as you move further in, the power of it fades. The staff are as eager and friendly as one would desire when taking orders. The ice cream is thick, very creamy, and delicious. Pricing is on par with other similar stores. The value for items such as milkshakes is very good ($8 for a medium). Even at 8:30 pm on a cold, rainy Saturday, there were multiple other customers coming in, so you know the taste and service must be just as good regularly. It would definitely be 5 stars except for that first (and last on the way out the door) odor impression.

The ingredients taste fresh, and the texture is always spot on. Whether you're into classic flavors or adventurous new combinations, this place never disappoints. The staff is also super friendly and the ambiance adds to the overall experience. If you're in town, this is a must-visit spot for any ice cream lover!
Ice cream was really good! Creamy flavorful but with a delicate silky texture. What I was impressed with the most was how clean the place was. Ive never seen a place with that much glass without a single streak or finger print anywhere. I'm not sure if the ice cream was as good as I remember or the cleaner then jewelry store atmosphere taking it to a high end ultra premium level.. whatever it was I will def be going back to the wexford location.

Amazing ice cream! Best chocolate chunks ever! Had a chocolate dipped cone with Raspberry Chip and Mint Chip! My husband had a banana split! Great service! Very clean!
