the worse customer service and their cakes are NOT fresh. I asked owner if he would give me a discount on the cakes the was in case for 3 days and he said No. I said word of mouth is your best advertisement. He said he didnt care and walked away from me. He was so RUDE. Poor customer service. The cake was awful. Dry and tasted old. Everyone who had a piece said it was bad. i wanted everyone to know it was because it was Old. Been visiting for over 30 years!! always delicious
I’ve been using this bakery over 25 years but I’m done now. I ordered a specialty cake and 60 cupcakes for a baby shower at the beginning of October to be picked up on Thursday October 31st. Two weeks before the day I was to pick it up a rude woman called me to say my cakes were done. It was two weeks before I wanted them.
