Ordered their McCrispy Chicken Sandwich and it was not edible. The chicken was rubbery and unchewable and the fries were soggy and not fresh. I rarely eat McDonalds and this is another reminder why. The sandwich was rhe biggest let down. Its as if they hurried up and cooked it but didn't cook it thoroughly. Normally id go back but im working and didn't have the time. Im extremely disappointed.

I was screamed at by the manger who snatched food that was prepared incorrectly twice and told that he refuses to serve me have back my money and demanded I leave the store. He refused to give me his name or information to address the situation. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I have a severe allergy to dill and specifically explained in the drive thru that they must change their gloves. Long story short, there were pickles on my sand

The best McDs my family has been too. The manager run a tight ship, keeps the store clean and friendly customer service. This is the first time I left a review for McDs 😄but it was that good.

I often come here for food, but there have always been problems—mobile orders often fail, wait times are long, drive-thru orders are sometimes missing items.

Even when I pay extra for sauces, they're missing. Prices keep rising, portions are shrinking, and quality is inconsistent. Despite this, I usually just accept it without complaint.

However, on July 20, 2025, around 4 PM, I ordered a large iced coffee via mobile and selected “light ice” in the app. While waiting, I clearly saw the staff fill the cup with a full amount of ice. When I asked at the window if it was made with light ice, the employee holding my coffee stared at me silently for nearly two minutes, refused to hand it over, and looked like he were about to attack me.

I felt deeply disrespected. Still, I asked for the drink, took it, and left to avoid blocking the line. But the first sip shocked me, it tasted like overly sweet sugar water with soooo much creamer, no coffee flavor at all.

Because of one employee’s seemed to be in a bad mood, I was treated unfairly and received a product that tasted awful. I returned to report this to the manager, but instead of an apology, the manager simply said, “The worker near window is just a kid.”

They close at least 30 mins early almost everyday making online orders impossible to get, if u ever do get ur food it’s messed up. Came for a single McFlurry and it wasn’t even blended

Fast food does not set a high bar to begin with, but this particular location is not even trying. Most of the window attendants (not all) are rude and disrespectful, especially in the morning.

Pulled up to the drive-thru and waited a couple of minutes. Even spoke to alert the attendant, but was scolded to be patient. Only to be ignored for a car that pulled up in the opposite lane minutes later.

This isn't the first time there has been disrespect in the drive thru. Shame on me for thinking management might make a change based on reviews.

Just easier to travel further for an alternative morning breakfast.

When you’re paying for something you expect to get what you’re paying for. I ordered a simple Bacon, Egg and Cheese Bagel with extra breakfast sauce. I get my order open it up. There’s pretty much no sauce at all on there. See picture below. Terrible service
