I order moes occasionally while at work and I swear within the last month they’ve gotten so terrible. Today, I ordered a chicken quesadilla for $10. It had no chicken and no cheese on it. I’ve always noticed that they barely put any cheese on it but usually there’s at least some chicken. I’ve attached a photo because I literally couldn’t believe I paid $10 for a freaking empty tortilla. It’s also cinco de mayo and I was supposed to receive a side of free queso which they did not give me. I don’t know if it’s just this location or what’s but they’re seriously terrible. They also changed their online ordering and you can only choose coke, Diet Coke, Coke Zero or sprite as your drink and they fill it so you can’t even get your own drink. I always get a half sweet half unsweet tea and ever since they changed it to only get coke, I don’t even order a drink any more. I don’t know if the manager started telling them to barely fill the quesadillas to save money or what but that’s just crazy. I will not be going back. They’ve lost a customer who goes there at least twice a month.

Not going to lie I love Moe's but today I had a bad experience. Walked in and my friend was ordering and he asked for rice. Guy said what kind after already knowing they only had brown. My friend asked for white and the guy rudly said we don't have any. Then I came up to order and the guy asked what kind of rice I want even though he knew I could only get brown. My other friend also asked for queso and they didn't have any. It's 7:30pm on a Tuesday. How are you out of rice and queso. Careless staff and poor job with food. Will definitely give another chance but that needs to change.

Really gone downhill. Used to be my favorite tex mex fast food. Queso is still the best, but everything else is mediocre. Queso is the only reason this isn't a 1. Chipotle is still worse though.

I had an amazing experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill in Wexford, Pennsylvania. The staff went above and beyond, even serving me before they were officially open. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I was craving. Highly recommend this location for great food and even better hospitality. Will definitely be back!

Be sure to double check your carry out orders when you pick up. Staff fails to make sure the order has correct food in the correct bags for their customers who order for in store pickup

This was the worst fast food I’ve ever been to. The workers and place smelled awful as if they have never taken a shower. I got a solid 5 pieces of meat in my quesadilla that had about 14 grains of rice. Food was pretty good but just not what I’m used to. The radius of my quesadilla was 10x smaller than usual. I tried to pay with my card and the worker was non responsive as I struggled because I could not find a way to get the tip screen of of the card reader. I thankfully had cash to pay with because I WAS NOT tipping these bozos. Avoid this place if u can because there are so many better places.

I don’t leave reviews very often, but boy did they make it seem hard. I ordered a chicken bowl and to my surprise, I received a whopping 5 pieces of chicken… wow. I asked for more and the gentleman barked, “we are getting you more it’s cooking. Try to have some patience.” I’m sorry sir, but I intended on filling the stomach of a human, not a small rodent. Upon seeing my impoverished bowl, a younger worker looked at me and said “I’m sorry man.” To make this magical trip better, I also waited 7 minutes to get a side of queso, while the cashier struggled to swipe my buddy’s card. He tried to click “no tip” but they didn’t even have an option for it. Don’t expect a tip after that performance. And as I left the area, I noticed a worker drop a FULL SIZED QUESADILLA on the floor. This was quite literally what I imagine an acid trip to be. Food was pretty good though, if you have 35 minutes of your day to spare.

Stopped by for lunch and the food was tasty, quick and filling. Love the salsa bar and the self service drinks machine. The staff here are friendly and chat with uou as you order.
This used to be one of my favorite quick service Mexican restaurants but the last two times, it was not great. Rice was crunchy, white meat chicken was fatty and chips were under cooked.

In my opinion, there is no competition. Moe's beats Chipotle hands down. The food is fresh, the workers are friendly, and the restaurants are clean. For a fast food place that is amazing to have all three.

This is for Moe's Catering. I threw a surprise party for my wife and they called a few days before, and made sure everything was correct, and even waited to charge the card so I could keep the surprise. Really great service and the food was plenty and everyone loved the chicken.
