I honestly always give Moe's a 5 but it was different this time. I asked for a chicken burrito and the worker wrote chicken on the foil and made sure I wanted it. After she asked to make sure she still gave me steak and some of the pieces were chewy. Otherwise, it was still good will fresh chips. Another thing that was bad was the drink machine was overflowing with ice. Not as good as other experiences but still good.

Usually a big fan of Moe’s. I ordered a stack and the tortilla was so stale, it wasn’t even edible. $15 for one chicken stack, sides of sour cream, gauc, and chipotle ranch. Super disappointed.

I literally got the worst meal I have ever received from a take out restraunt here. I got a chicken bowl here and if I told you that I had more than 1/2 ounce chicken on it, I'd be lying. I know there's inflation and all but come on, at least give me a few ounces of that dry nasty chicken so I don't feel like I've just been robbed.

Was there on a Friday evening when the team working was slammed with UberEats and in-person orders. They worked so hard to move fast & get everyone their orders as quickly as possible - was impressive to see. Props to the folks working!

First time going to this Moe's location. I’ve been waiting all week to go to Moe's and I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Sad to say, because Moe's is one of my favorite establishments. To start.. When my friend asked for a quesadilla she received an eye roll. Then when the worker informed us there was no light chicken we asked the difference between light and dark and he stared with a long pause then said “whites the breast” and continued to beat his chest. We asked for a moment to think it over and continued to be stared at with a rude look. Then when it came time to place my order i asked for a stack. When my friend got her order i still had to wait 10 minutes, but somehow when i took a bite the cheese was not melted whatsoever. Doesn’t seem to make any sense. Because of this debacle, i kindly asked them to reheat it or remake it. They were clearly confused. I continued to get stared at and they stuttered while talking to me. The ONE kind employee then informed me there was no rice left so i just ate it raw. Also, as i digged into my queso i discovered it was also freezing. I understand people have bad days but this was unacceptable. Overall this was a VERY awful experience i felt very judged and unwelcomed which is ironic because there slogan is “WELCOME to Moes” (The rude employee was “Aiden”)

We used Moe's catering for a birthday party. Ordering and pickup were very easy and the food was fantastic! Everyone especially loved the queso.

Went here to get food, my gf ordered a bowl and the person put barely anything in the bowl, I ordered the burrito with my choice of items I wanted in the burrito, once again the portion sizes were really small. I was very disappointed in the high price I pay for such little bit of food. I honestly should of went to Chipotle or Mad Mex and paid the same price for the right amount of food portion.
