Napa Prime Chophouse & Cigar Bar

Had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Napa prime. Diana made the night special. A lot of fun and delicious food.

We had an Amazing dinner and the service was very good. Our waitress was so good her personality was super sweet

Everything was excellent as expected.this was the second time with the same waitress, she was great.

Great place if your just grabbing a drink, wonderful atmosphere

Great dining experience from start to finish! Tim our server was truly remarkable. He was very friendly, professional, and helpful. His service helped to make our dinner one of the best we've had in a long time. The support staff was wonderful and checked on us to see if there was anything we needed Every one of the dishes we ordered was delicious - well prepared and presented. We are looking forward to going back again.

Another typical overpriced restaurant masquerading as a 4 or 5 star restaurant with skimpy portions that are inferior in taste and quality to cheaper restaurants. While the waitstaff were mostly friendly (one of the bartenders had a perpetual frown on her face), the service itself was atrocious. We waited over an hour for our food, which ended up being the rough equivalent of a small appetizer in terms of portion, without being offered any bread like many people seated near us had, so that we were starving by the time the “meal” was served and starving after the handful of bites the entire pathetic entree offered.

The ambiance of the restaurant is nice when you first walk in; however, the temperature is borderline frigid to the extent that my girlfriend could barely tolerate it.

As someone who enjoys fine dining, I was very disappointed with the overall experience and can’t see myself going back.

Me and my husband came out to celebrate our anniversary. We order steak it was well done. We also order crab cake meal so over cook it was terrible the manager Brittany did come back remove the crabcake gave me another one then this one was undercooked not even mount it together tasted like lemon juice for $300-$400 on a meal on our anniversary. It’s just a bad experience. The best thing about that night was celebrating my interview with my husband with good conversation

Places is absolutely amazing. Best lamb lollipops I’ve ever had. Steaks are top of the line Wagyu. Alaskan king crab legs are as thick as your arm And accompanied by charcoal, Smoked butter.

I make it back to Pittsburgh 4-5 times per year and my lady friend and I always do the first evening that I'm back at Napa Prime. It's not only good but everything about it is consistent. No bad surprises.

First visit for myself and one other. Numerous visits for our third person. Service was phenomenal. Food was well timed. Drinks were always full. Food and drink tasted great. 10/10 will be back!

Everything was amazing. We celebrated parents 74th Birthdays and they couldn't have been happier. Food and service were excellent.

My dinner was delicious. Best ribeye that I ever had. My wife's dinner was terrible. Way undercooked port chop and the pomegranate sauce was so overpowering that you could not tell what you were eating.

Everyone else's meals were terrific and service was wonderful, but my foie gras was not done properly, was not nicely plated and was cold. I just ate the foie as it as it came and left the accompanying very large pile of sweet bread. Then my lobster tail was cold, so I asked for that to be heated and it took a long time to come back, pretty curled up and over cooked. Just ate part of it and gave up. Really not typical of this place - they are a favorite place and always have great food.

Our meal at Napa Prime was truly exceptional! Their aged steaks are the best I have ever eaten! The watermelon sorbet we had for dessert was absolutely the greatest!! The service is above and beyond — truly outstanding — and is not found at this level in most quality restaurants you visit, by today's standards! A+ overall! We look forward to our return to Napa Prime when we get back to the area! :)
