2nd time here & was just as great as the first time! Food was phenomenal! Service was top notch!

Totally enjoyed our dinner! The food was over the top delicious. Our server, Shaun, was very pleasant, knowledgable and was always checking to make sure our experience was perfect. Would highly recommend and cannot wait until our next visit!

We celebrated our anniversary at Napa Prime, and everything was exceptional! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and our server was incredibly kind and attentive. The sweet anniversary card and candle were such thoughtful touches that made the evening feel extra special. Highly recommend for any occasion!

Napa made our 25th anniversary dinner perfect! From a personalized anniversary card when we were seated, to rose petals on the table. The food and ambiance were amazing! We go to Napa for all of our special occasions because they make the event memorable.

Best restaurant meal I've had since Covid. Steaks phenomonal, don't miss on the lobster mac. Both sea bass entrees are delicious if you want something lighter. Best crab cakes I've ever had. Lobster tempura appetizer should be a menu staple. Salads and desserts all equally deserving of praise and done perfectly. Recommend without reservation if you can bear the price of entry.

Dinner was delicious, but desert was incredible !!! Food came out perfectly timed, as to not feel rushed or overwhelmed. The wait staff was extremely knowledgeable and great company to converse with.

Very good service and our waitress was excellent. Steaks were poorly cooked and poor quality. Labeled as “prime”. Not even close. Tough. Overcooked. 3 out of 4 steaks.

Enjoyable evening, we sat in the bar area where I find it casual and inviting. Our waiter Taylor was attentive and friendly. The special ribeye & scallops were amazing and as always the wine is incredible from rare selections to well known choices. As always, an excellent evening.

We could not have asked for a better experience. With two small kids it is almost impossible to get time for ourselves to go out and celebrate special occasions with this being our first time at NAPA we had no idea what to expect, but our server Molly listened to all of our questions and made some absolutely amazing recommendations. She was patient and accommodating as well as made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, unlike other fancy steak houses we have been to (Eddie merlots). We will certainly be back for all future celebrations and will absolutely request Molly again if possible. Amazing food and even better service!

The food and the service were good. I made a reservation to celebrate my 34th anniversary. When we arrived, they had prepared a small 2-top table in the corner of the bar (I would have preferred the dining room). It was loud, the table was too small to accommodate all of the plates. As a result, the waitress kept having to rearrange the table reaching across my wife and I to do so. In addition, I would say thay put us at the worst table in the bar, directly adjacent to the door to the cigar bar. There were patrons and employees going in and out the entire evening. This really detracted from our evening. Overall not a great experience.

Excellent menu choices. Service this time was just slightly off. For example, no mention of the off menu specials, server told one of us that birthday diners get a complimentary dessert, but when meal was over, didn't mention dessert and just brought check without seeing menu. Ultimately we asked about the specials and asked for the dessert menu, so no real harm, just slightly off their normal routine.

Great service. Waitress was terrific. 35 day aged NY strip was tough and dry. I ordered medium and really was not juicy. Mushrooms and lobster Mac and Cheese were great.

We celebrated my birthday at Napa prime and was not disappointed. As always, the service was great. Our waiter was Jesus. He was very attentive, experience, knowledgeable, and personable. Everything from the appetizer to the desserts were top-notch.

Had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary at Napa prime. Diana made the night special. A lot of fun and delicious food.
