I ordered a shredder chocolate and this is what i recieved. Half of a smoothie for 8.00. Its like they tried to flip it upside down to hide that it was short. If your going to charge that much atleast make sure its filled. Completely unexceptable and will not be back anytime soon. Second photo is showing how short it was in the sunlight.

I specifically asked and double checked for no dairy in my smoothie because I am ALLERGIC . Yet they still added dairy now I am having a terrible allergic reaction I stopped drinking the smoothie after 5 sips bc I realized they can’t listen . I am so mad because of them being unable to listen I have to suffer. I will NEVER go here again.
UPDATE: my throat almost completely swelled shut and I was rushed to the hospital for an epi pen that didn’t work and then an iv of Benadryl & steroids. THANKS SMOOTHIE KING!

I made an order. They made it and I asked if I could actually change it so that I can add my reward. They said hold on let me check. (Handed me the drink) then came back and said well since I handed the drink to you I can’t do anything. I could have drove away and said screw you…. I didn’t though and payed the 12 $( figuring that when I reach out to owners/corporate they would compensate me in some way for this experience.) since I have literally been coming here 1 time a week for a while my 2.5 year old son loves here….. well when I spoke with them they ended up in a nutshell telling me and my wife we are in the wrong. And that the workers did everything right….. Newsflash customers always right if you wanna keep their business. Long story short he gave us our 2$ reward back that expired and did nothing else to compensate for our time wasted talking to him or the fact that any other business would dump their product back into the blender and add my stuff into I legit held the drink out the window thee entire time….. I watched pulp do it many times!!!! Unfortunately will not come back to your company due to the customer being in the wrong bad ownership staff is 9/10 super friendly though.

Everything is gluten free. I get a chocolate gladiator with pineapple and strawberries.I went today and yesterday and would say yesterday’s was better than today. I think there was just a tiny bit to much ice, but other than that I love smoothie king.

let’s make sure we are putting the smoothies thru the blender a couple times . Very sloppy when requested triple blend and still comes out almost impossible to drink . Also get double protein and only in there half the time .
Delicious but expensive. I love the Mango Smoothie...so worth it!

Stop changing your opening hours! I place order on the way to work and then find out I can't get it cause you can't open at regular time. So I have to tell a friend to come pick up a smoothie on me. Hire responsible people who can make it on time and handle your business.
