This place has been permanently closed! Sonic refuses to list this location as closed on all platforms, but all the signs, and menus have been taken down and the drive thru is taped off. Don’t waste your breath driving to Wexford for sonic because it isn’t open anymore.

THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. All signage has been removed and the parking lot is roped off. I have reported it numerous times, and Sonic keeps reporting it as open.I don't know who's cooking books at Sonic or what silly games they are playing, but I do not appreciate being called a liar as part of someone's pointless game.

Permanently closed, the website doesn't reflect this and obviously Google doesn't either. Huge bummer considering I've loved this location since I was very young.All signage has been removed, all parking menus have been removed, drive thru is blocked with caution tape, yet google thinks it is open and sonics automatic response doesn't help either.

Permanently closed, all signage has been removed.Response to the response: How are you completely missing the problem here? It's pretty clear that the location is closed (see pictures that others have posted), yet you're still fighting to have it listed as open on Google Maps and your own site? What good does this do you? I have no intent to call and speak to a rep who probably isn't paid enough to care. If you're interested in preserving your brand's image, the team responding to these reviews (assuming it's not just automated) can escalate it!

This place is closed as of 1/3/2022. There were people there taking down all the drive-in menus, the signage was removed, and the drive was blocked.

Called the 1-800 number after the Wexford location is again not open/responding when they're clearly marked open on their website/Google. The agent you speak to could care LESS about your experience. They don't have a way to speak directly to the store so just stay away. I've seen the previous Sonic account comments and I know the social team is going to give me the same run around (We're sorry but call or email us). Why, so I can have the headache of customer support like I just experienced?I love Sonic but this location is really hurting the brand.

We went to the Wexford location today. It was 2:15. We sat in the drive through behind 2 cars for 20 minutes, the line never moved. So, I got out to see what the problem was, I went to he employee doors, and there was nobody working there! I told the two cars in front of me, and by the time we left, there were 8 cars in back of me. At least put a sign up saying you have nobody to work and are closed, instead of wasting people’s time. The poor old man that was the first person in line had been waiting for 30 minutes!

I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes and ultimately left because they were so slow, there was only one person in front of me, and they stopped doing the pull in I wish I could give it a negative score, I’d rather go to the Sheetz, chick fil a, or jersey mikes

Pulled in on a Thursday evening around 7:15pm and almost all the bays were turned off, the Sonic lights weren't on and neither was the drive-thru menu. I asked if they were open (hours on the door said until 8pm) and the girl said "uh...yes", like she didn't know. We wanted ice cream and was told the "machine was down for maintenance." How convenient for them. We pulled away without ordering anything. It looked like a few kids were on duty and just decided they wanted to close early or reduce their amount of work by turning off all the exterior lights. This location needs serious attention from management or should just close. I won't be back.
