Worst drive through experience. Always takes forever and defeats the point of a drive through.

All I wanted was a nice tasting latte. What I got was water with a little bit of foam on top. It was horrible. It didn't even have a coffee flavor whatsoever.

Clean and friendly people. Don’t come here for good coffee or tea both of which are unpalatable. The tea tastes stale ( how this is possible I don’t know ) same goes for the espresso. They don’t even offer drip coffee, just plastic machines grinding on demand like a hospital vending machine. Looks like most of the clientele orders sugary desert drinks. Nice suburban atmosphere though!

Stop asking for tips at the drive thru window. They literally hand you a device through your car window so you can ring yourself out (for the tip screen). Tipping culture is fine but that's out of control. I've never seen that in a drive thru outside of Starbucks.

My chocolate cream cold brew was bitter. How in the world do you manage to make cold brew coffee bitter?!
There are many Starbucks in the area now, but if you are going to spend the money, spend it at this one. They are wonderful! They get to know your name and your order even when you are not a daily customer. I wouldn’t go to any other.

Starbucks is a really great place for drinks, but it’s getting super expensive. As with any restaurant or store, my drinks aren’t always perfect, but Starbucks does try to correct the problem. My only real complaint with Starbucks is the outrageous prices these days.

Nice place, relatively clean. I doesn't appear that big from outside, but it's quite spacious inside.Otherwise, it's a typical Starbucks, helpful and friendly batista.It's a nice place for catching up with friends or a business meeting.
