Had to knock my rating down from 5 stars to 2 stars due to the very slow service I had received during my last visit there. It used to be very good, but now not so much.

We were traveling north on I-79 and were lucky enough to get hungry as we were coming up on the exit that led us to this absolute gem of an eatery!! The atmosphere is great; very inviting and friendly. The service was great and the food was spectacular! It's a tad bit pricey, but all in all, this place is definitely 5 stars! I wish you were located closer to home!!

We went to Thornhill Taphouse for lunch. The food was absolutely phenomenal — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Unfortunately, the service experience didn’t match the quality of the food. We waited a very long time for our meals, only to find out that the kitchen never received our ticket due to a printer issue.

While the server offered us complimentary food (which we declined since we were already waiting), no discount or compensation was offered for the delay. Throughout the experience the server was not very attentive — I had to ask about our order myself before the issue was discovered.

Great food, but the service needs improvement to match the quality coming out of the kitchen.
Next time we will order to go only

Met my son here for dinner. Great food and a great selection of beer. The fried pickles are awesome and our server was friendly and helpful.

They definitely need to rethink their wing situation. The absolute worst Buffalo sauce I've ever tasted. Way too much butter. Applebees Buffalo would have been better. Thankfully I split a burger with my daughter. That was descent

Our first visit here was amazing. The second time, we came for my birthday (strictly for the buffalo cauliflower) and they were sold out. We settled for the pretzel instead. It came out and tasted burnt. We ordered our sandwiches, instantly I saw a long black hair on the bun when the waiter handed them over to us. The waiter was extremely apologetic, and got us a new sandwich, but didn’t return the fries. We didn’t bother mentioning the fries were forgotten because the meal was already gone south and we gave up. I was so disappointed at my second visit because the first time was so delicious. Hopefully next time, if we go back, it will be better.

Server was great, atmosphere was good. But, Mark the Manager was very rude and unprofessional while trying to resolve an issue that could have been easily resolved. We frequent the restaurant often and have never had any issues. We have spent alot of money and tip well every tip we visit. Mark definitely needs to be trained on his people skills. Such a disappointment. I have a feeling that this isn't the first time a customer has had an issue with Mark.

Worst Cuban sandwich on the planet. Based on other reviews, maybe it was made by someone new who didn’t know how to make it. I don’t believe there was any ham on it at all, the pork was just above room temperature, and all of the meat was on one half of the sandwich- unfortunately not the half I tried first, which was essentially a mustard and pickle sandwich. The bread was toasted and not pressed like a Cuban should be, so it was way too fluffy. I lived in Florida and should know better than to order this anywhere north of Tampa. But if this is the way this normally is served they really should take it off the menu. And to top it off the server had the yinzer “I’m busy and you’re inconveniencing me” attitude. I won’t be back.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for the first time and the beer was exactly what we wanted and the bartender was cool. He looked like a Viking. The food was amazing and we will be coming back!!!

Celiac customer here. These guys have a wonderful gluten free selection. No dedicated menu but almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free it seems. Our server Chloe was fantastic and knowledgeable about what could be done for a gluten allergy. Great place, great atmosphere, great food, will be back.

A quick stop decision with friends landed us here, for a small bite and shareable snack. It was a GREAT quick stop, with a nice atmosphere, and good service. Will more than likely go back for a longer visit in the future!
