I have 3 stars only because the girl working the counter was wonderful; however the food was not great and everything is nearly double the cost of your everyday Auntie Anne’s. The wait is also a bit outrageous for overpriced food/drinks. So the 3 stars are for you girl! I wish I could remember your name but your customer service skills are above and beyond
Don't even put butter on your pretzel
Was slow and the pretzels were old tasting and cold.
The three young ladies at the front desk at this location actually made my day. They were all very kind and pleasant and even suggested a delicious dip for my pretzels. I wish more young women acted like the three ladies working at this establishment. Very professional very knowledgeable and personable. They also were very knowledgeable about the products they offer. 5 stars all around!
Absolutely disgusting that they throw away all the leftover food at night. The amounts are ridiculous. Donate it or give it to the employee

Very bad service from one of those who works there since it seems that she has not learned what education is since instead of giving things in the hands, she prefers to throw them away and that does not help. So I don't recommend it to go.

way too claustrophobic. counter is disgusting. no organization. the system is awful. and to top the cake off, you have to pay $1 for one singular 2 inch diameter of a cheese container that is cold and hard.
Great place for a quick bite to eat while in the mall.
One of my pretzels tasted like baking soda. Couldnt even finish it. The other preztel and cinnabon were fine

Been running a pretzel nuggets scam for months now where they "don't have larges", and sell regulars for nearly the same price (10 cents less).
Really good pretzel snacks and Cinnabon is attached to it.
10.00 for 2 pretzelsm. Usually I wouldn't mind paying this but they were EXTREMELY small and soggy. Also got a drink that tasted like club soda.
Not a fan there pretzels are gross and very greasy I like the pretzels factory better then auntie Anne's any day
