Hello, I came through the drive-thru around 10:40 PM on 8/22/2025. The lady who helped me was very kind and helpful. She let me know about a special that saved me money on my order, which I really appreciated. When I got to the window, she greeted me with a smile and great manners. I also noticed she was working alone, yet still doing an amazing job handling everything. She truly deserves recognition and even a promotion. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was outstanding. Thank you!

I'm speechless, I got for my son a BBQ Brisket Whopper jr and it didn't have tender slow cooked beef brisket and melty American cheese...I'm so disappointed!

Waited in drive through for 30 minutes (wouldve canceled if i didnt do a mobile order) just for all onions rings to be inedible/stale, most fries inedible/stale, and i ordered my burger without ketchup (im allergic to tomatoes) and of course it had ketchup. Literally wasted money on a meal i could only get a couple fries out of.

$11 for a bacon double value burger and a soda is ridiculous. Burger King says they don't have meals anymore go across the street you'll get Shake Shack for a few dollars more and it comes with fries!!

Every single time I come here through the drive through it’s a 15 to 20 minute wait minimum. I’m literally here right now , for 10 minutes , stuck in line , didn’t place an order yet and the line has yet to move

Thank you George and Sharon for great customer service!!!!!
We went through the drive thru, our order was incorrect. But we didn't notice until we got on the highway. I called right away. A gentleman answered and when I explained what happened he said my name is George come back anytime and I will replace your full order I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We did go back when we were done our shopping. Sharon helped me she was very kind and courteous and also apologized.George apologized again and honored replacing our full order. Top notch customer service makes all of the difference!

I am giving this location a one star, and that's been considered because I want to give this location zero Stars. Every time I order they messed up my orders. And when I try to get my refund they will not give me a refund back. I will not go to this location no more and I suggest nobody else does if you have allergies to anything because they just don't care.

I swear I thought it was just the one of south 4th st but it seems burger King is hiring lazy young kids. Waited so long for the food and actually 2 of the employees argued who was going to work the register. 2 women walked out and they continued to argue. Very unprofessional

I understand not everyone in fast food industries have the most outgoing personality, but you don’t have to be so mean to people. I was waiting for my order and did not realize it was ready and Susan B came over asking what I was waiting for. I told her and she proceeded to yell at people in the back about my order, check the bag and tell me the food in the bag was mine and throw it in front of me. I’m not asking for 5 start customer service. But not throwing my food around and yelling at me because I’m not looking in random food bags would be appreciated.
