The manger was to busy ordering from TEMU to package my order. Then she tried to give me some OLD dried out chicken fingers. The 2 guys prepping the food didn't wear gloves and one of them was eating while working (Gross). I will not be returning here again!!!!

Waited 10 min in the drive thru line at the speaker. The worker said she’d be right with me but never came back. After 10 min I said “I’m sorry, we’ve been here 10 minutes. Do you have an idea on when we can order”. Not trying to be rude. Just to make alternative plans. The woman had a serious attitude and said “no I don’t”. I asked to pull through and I drove away. Way to have an attitude with me when all I was looking for was clarity. I’ll never return to this location. Idc if it’s going to take 30 minutes. Don’t keep saying “we will be with you shortly” over and over.

Leaving this review for a leader at GPS Hospitality to read. The wait times at this location are unacceptable. I have stopped ordering at this location until those issues are resolved. I will continue to order from GPS's other BK locations in the Lehigh Valley in the meantime.

On Dec 14 I placed a mobile order for one item at 1:40. I waited 20 minutes in drive-thru to pick it up. On Dec 21 I placed the same mobile order at 7:05 for in-store pickup. I waited 17 minutes.

What I saw in the store was a staffing shortage and workers not following instructions from their line manager.

I look forward to these issues coming to a resolution.

My order was incorrect I tried calling the store the manager answered and said “ you called 3 times what do you want ?”! I said excuse me ! She said what do you want I’m busy ! I said you need to change your attitude and she then hung up on me lol I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service in my life ! They are horrible!!!!!

If i could give it negative stars i would. 40 minutes waiting for my order. 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 ppl waiting in line inside. Hire more ppl… this makes absolutely no sense.

very obviously understaffed and it shows in the product. pay your workers more to incentivize potential employees and protect your business integrity :3 no one wants to bust ass for $15/hr

This place is filthy, understaffed and unfriendly! Their fountain soda machines were out of ice and it tasted like dirty city water. Counter was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting!!

The lack of training was obvious. 5 employees and the kids running drive thru had to do everything. It took forever to get my food. The other workers were more worried about the 2 babies they were hiding in the back room.
