I swear I thought it was just the one of south 4th st but it seems burger King is hiring lazy young kids. Waited so long for the food and actually 2 of the employees argued who was going to work the register. 2 women walked out and they continued to argue. Very unprofessional

I understand not everyone in fast food industries have the most outgoing personality, but you don’t have to be so mean to people. I was waiting for my order and did not realize it was ready and Susan B came over asking what I was waiting for. I told her and she proceeded to yell at people in the back about my order, check the bag and tell me the food in the bag was mine and throw it in front of me. I’m not asking for 5 start customer service. But not throwing my food around and yelling at me because I’m not looking in random food bags would be appreciated.

It's nice when the sign on the door says to fill out the survey on the back of your receipt for XYZ within 48 hours. Then you follow the receipts instructions & it doesn't work 🤡

40 minutes in drive thru for "fast food". I regretted my life decisions that day. Never again.
I normally wouldn't bother with a fast food restraunt review. However, I needed to offset the insane amount of 1-star reviews for this location. My Whopper was incredible. The produce was fresh, and the patty and cheese were hot. And the employees were so nice. Some people need to stop expecting so much from minimum wage workers and give them a break. They're doing their best. Also, this location being right before the entrance to the Turnpike makes it super convenient.

I didn't get anything the person taking my order acted very disturbed with another issue I just wanted to order food but felt like I was an issue very disappointed I've went to this burger King for a very long time and it always seems unwelcoming with employees attitudes I love burger King but feel unwelcome at this location multiple times but today was the worst I'm a so sorry employees don't know how to make me feel welcome I keep saying I'll try again but I'm not I'm sorry I've been talking to my friends and families they say simular things have happened to them I'm so sorry burger King has no more customer values ? it's a shame especially because food is great
