The manager of this store should be embarrassed. I'm a huge chick fil a lover, spent thousands across several store. However the Whitehall store thinks they're special. In the mornings I order chick burritos. Every chick fil a makes them the same except Whitehall. Both times I've gotten it there it's the size of the palm of my hand which is essentially half the burrito and it's stuff with 50% cheese and barely any chicken. Absolutely ridiculous

Kid manning the register was almost patronizing as he kept smirking at me while I ordered. You would assume that if you’re ordering off the menu asking for the number of the meal that you’re getting a meal and not just a sandwich. He would ask me if I wanted the meal so low that I kept having to say what and then he would get this stupid smirk on his face and repeat it even lower. I ordered two meals and experienced this for both. I believe that the girl standing next to him realized what he was doing because she got my second drink and handed me my straw. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, but the kid taking the order could have been a hell of a lot more respectful.
Tonight my wife and took our twins over to chick fil a, after getting our food ordered we realized that they incorrectly made 2 of our 4 orders. My wife asked for the new grilled spicy chicken sandwich & instead received a regular grilled chicken sandwich, both of our children ordered kids meals our daughter was with fries the other was with fruit which my son didn’t receive he had his fruit substituted for fries. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this location mess up a lot of an order.

Simply because they false advertisement of kids night. On 11/7/2024 I went in the time frame posted at 6:18pm and was denied kids night. Instead in store they had printer paper saying time is 4-6pm. But this picture I took 11/18/24. Big bold letters plain as day, no concealment nothing to indicate change of times. This is 2 weeks post change, most work orders for signs like this, get covered in the 2 weeks time frame for mall management. This is false advertisement , falsely manipulativing the public to come at misleading times, and then not granting the time displayed in big bold letters. It’s beyond inconvenience cause the sign has not been taken down.
