I hesitate to leave a poor review for Chili's, because I know it is not truly a restaurant, but a place you can consume food without necessarily dying. I live, but forever in fear of Chili's. God help us all.

I had an awesome experience at Chili's thanks to our amazing server, Katy! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was as delicious as always, but Katy really made the difference with her fantastic service. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!

This was one of the worst Chili’s experiences I’ve had in my life.
Our server, Matt, was passive-aggressive from the start and barely acknowledged us. There was no greeting, no check-ins, and his demeanor felt dismissive the entire time. When our food finally came out, it was delivered to the wrong table first, then taken back to the kitchen before eventually being brought to us — cold.
When we raised concerns, the response was extremely disappointing. The server showed no urgency or accountability, and the manager questioned and doubted our experience instead of addressing it. There was no offer to remake the food, no refund, and no meaningful apology. The only thing provided was a military discount, which does not make up for the poor service and cold meal.
To make matters worse, the bar manager, Keyshawn, was rude and also dismissive, reinforcing the feeling that our concerns were not taken seriously at all.
This visit lacked basic hospitality, professionalism, and customer care. I expected much better from Chili’s and will not be returning to this location.

Wonderful experience. Food was good, waitress was great and didn't miss a beat (and she was BUSY!). It's an odd thing to comment on however the large booths were a pain... They are not stationary, they slide which means you are also sliding the guests who are sitting behind you. Lots of apologies exchanged between the table behind us and in front of us.

Our waitress was amazing! The food was fast and fresh! Everything tasted amazing and the restaurant was clean and inviting! 5 stars! Will definitely return without the kids to check out their bar area!!

Food tasted like reheated leftovers. Drinks all tasted watered down. Service was inattentive. I asked for things which never came to table but still charged for. They also charged for chips and salsa for the table. That used to be complimentary. A truly underwhelming experience. No plans to return.

Alicia, the girl with the green hair, and Nate made this dining experience a very pleasant and memorable one. My mom, girlfriend and I LOVED coming here after a long day of food, shopping and seeing the new Wicked movie together. Highly recommend this establishment. Thanks again for the burger pin, Nate!
