veterans should have been treated better with a meal that was good. food was awful not cooked broccoli was raw. when we told waitress how they cook it she said uhm is should be soft well when you see it was raw why bring it, didn't offer a replacement or anything worst place ever

The first time we went here, the service was great. My daughter and I decided to return the second time. I had to write a note to our server for the manager! From the moment we walked in and the hostess greeted us my daughter said I just know this will be good! She welcomed us and was very nice! Bob was our server and he was exceptional! The chillis in my area anytime I go there the service is always so bad! So I had to commend this team! We will be back! We are 50 mins away from you but it’s worth the drive!!! Thanks chillis and your awesome team!

This was the best Chili's experience we've ever had. The food was the freshest and tastiest it's ever been. Our server, Brooke, was one of the best servers we've ever had at ANY restaurant, not just Chili's. Even though it was really busy, she still made sure to check on us. She even gave us some chips and salsa to bring home! Absolutely amazing experience and we'll be sure to come back because of Brooke.

Taco Bell quality for triple the price. First time ordering Chilis in over a decade and had to wait 20 mins with 2 others to get my to go food... btw only ordered cause I had a $50 gift card. My order was $54 for 2... the trio with cat food shrimp and toxic broccoli = $30 and a Mex bowl chips salsa = $24 with taxes. I had a researcher next to me who located black stuff underneath the broccoli that went to eat it and now I may be cooked
We had a very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Our food was hot & tasty. Our server, Bob, was friendly & attentive to our needs. We had an issue with paying for our check on the kiosk & we needed the manager. Virgil went above and beyond and was able to help us out.(My husband & I had our first dinner date here 28 yrs ago almost to the date & this type of excellent food & customer service are exactly why we continue to return!) Great job, everyone!

lemme just say I love chilis it’s my favorite place and all but today I come in with my friends for my friends birthday. We got our food and mine and bday girls food was wrong, she got wrong item in her triple dipper and they didn’t give me my shrimp for my pasta. We then get to paying my friend is paying cash and as she’s coming back with her change and bills and I see her slide the change in her pocket behind my friend and hand her just the bills. We ask her about it and she said she’ll be right back with it and proceeds to slide her hand in her pocket for the change. We talked to the manager about it and he comes back with the change saying she was sliding in her pocket for a bill to break it. She wasn’t taking any change. also to we’re waiting for a side of mozz sticks to-go, and apparently one of the people in the back might have slipped it in a to-go bag for online orders. we were already charged for it paid for it and everything, but he said he put a ticket in for some more. manager was cooperative and nice with everything but sounds like he’s covering up lady servers tracks. Because I saw it clear as day. still love chilis though
