To be honest, customer service is too bad , workers were too rude and shows a attitude lastly dirty floor ,please work on it

ALL I GOT WAS A KIDS MEAL! I honestly don’t know how you can mess this up. All I ordered was a taco with Carne Asada, White rice, Chips, and a drink. The Carne Asada and Rice were colder than the water that sunk the Titanic. They forgot my chips and drink. When I told the employee about it, he gave me a dirty look and placed them both angrily in my bag. My order was supposed to be finished at 7:40, but it took them till 7:55 to finish my order (which they didn’t even make correctly). The restaurant was also pretty dirty inside, but thank God an employee finally noticed and cleaned up the place. I understand working in a fast food restaurant can be stressful and difficult at times, especially when there was a rush (which there wasn’t), but come on, we can’t keep messing up like this.

They were very fast to make the burrito. It tasted good. It was definitely a loaded burrito and packed. All drinks were in stock. It was clean inside.

They have terrible customer service here, my boyfriend and I stood at the line for more than 5 minutes with the workers completely ignoring us. Two were off to the side on the left, looked at us twice and did nothing just kept talking to each other. Then two more people came out of the kitchen looked at us also and ignored us as well. The place was practically empty when we walked in beside two women sitting in the corner and I can see why they were empty as they can't even greet customers let alone acknowledge anyone standing in line.

Place is no good on all levels. My order is messed up or incorrect 50% of the time, the size is significantly smaller than any other Chipotle I've been to, and all their food is so oversalted that your mouth burns when you eat it. I've ordered Chipotle probably 100+ times in my life, this is well below the standard quality on nearly ever level.

This chipotle sucks and so do the workers ! There was only 1 employee in the front , while the rest of the workers were just walking around doing nothing ! Every option for the vegetables and meats were missing , littersly gave us crumbs. Workers were unfriendly and gave attitude, tables were a mess , everything was dirty , and service was horrible

It’s Sunday, August 17th at 5:30 pm. The line took 45 mins. Every employee has an attitude and is not helping with the food. Only one employee deserves to keep his job. His name is Matthew.
