I used to love getting chipotle during my trip to the mall, but today my chicken was burnt to a crisp. The burnt flavor ruined my meal and I won’t be coming back. Thanks Chipotle, that was a waste of 20 bucks.

The management at night cannot get it together. You will see six people standing around, with one person working the food, and a line all the way back to the door. Online orders are NEVER on time.

Dined in at this local chipotle. All was well until my friend and I started experiencing sudden and severe lip burning. It was the top and bottom lips and my whole mouth was burning. I believe they are heavy on the spices and seasonings and we are both having acid reflux pretty badly, not sure. Enter at your own risk because 30 minutes later our lips are still burning. Ice cubes don’t even cool us down.

Terrible experience went there for a burrito this evening and was very disappointed with only 6 pieces of steak. It was barely any meat all rice and fillers.

Line was out the door, waited almost 30 mins in line. They only had one person taking orders and register. Eventually I would assume the manager came out from the back to help but still the speed was slow. There was other people in the back that I saw that were just walking around. I get it I’m sure they all have duties but people IN STORE come first. When a line is out the door the people need to get served. Three people were on orders…why couldn’t just one of them come over and add another person to the assembly line just til the line goes down, and then, go back over to online orders. Not that difficult.

The friendliness was also not there. I get it, it gets stressful and that could put you in a bad mood. But, your the face of Chipotle you want your customers to have a good experience. Not a shit one.

Just order online everyone. Just be aware of saltiness (speaking from experience).
