Nice place good people but they should be more nice while taking to the kids...and work little faster with professionalism
Good place
NIce place little busy . Pizza was good spent some money with grandkids . Was nice will bring the kids again .
Food was very good actually I've been to a few of these this probably the one of the best ones plenty of games for kids and the adults
Excellent customer service.
They move the parties along way to fast but that's sometimes a good thing! There's not to much fun stuff to do like when I was little it was sooo much better! Foods expensive and just okay.
The ONLY problem was that the price of 60 min
It was clean, had lots of fun games and had friendly staff
We hosted my son’s birthday party here and it was a hit. All the kids had a great time and the party host was great. She handled so much of the day for me which was great.
I had incident with one of employees, my nephew and i were walking out to his dad. One of employees stopped us asked us if we were stamped, and then she asked my nephew if he knew who i was to him. He was confused and confirmed that I was uncle. Had no issue walking in and out the place beforehand and literally asked the host who was there at the time if i needed a stamp, she said no but that one time was an issue

This chuck e cheese was a great one. The one near us closed and kids missed going. Went here before going to see a movie and kids loved it. This is well kept.
Extremely Disappointed and Concerned for Child Safety
During our recent visit to Chuck E. Cheese, my daughter was harmed due to clear staff negligence. There was no visible staff presence on the floor, and when the incident occurred around 3:40 PM, not a single team member showed concern or urgency.
My daughter was left crying and confused, and despite my distress, the managers on duty did absolutely nothing to assist or comfort us. I was told I would be contacted, but no one has followed up or taken any steps to address what happened.
To make matters worse, the general manager, Ashly, refused to come out and only did so after I repeated requested sending out the assistant manager Brittany instead, who, along with Ashly, offered no genuine help, no empathy, and plenty of attitude.
This experience was unacceptable. A place meant for children should be safe, supervised, and staffed with people who care. Sadly, that was not the case here.
Parents, please be cautious.
i love chuck sad mine closed down
Works didn’t know what was going on. Yelling and trying with customers. Had a birthday day party there was no organization or flow.

This is for those who do not want to read an entire review. I will make it simple. Do not have a Birthday Party at this place. Not worth it. Now, if you want more information, keep reading. We decided to have our child's birthday party at this location. From the moment we walked in the door, it was a mess. No one knew where we were supposed to be after finding someone who told us where our table was. We waited 15-20 minutes before our birthday hosts even came to speak to us. Remember, our party started at 4:00. By 4:30, they finally had us starting. The table was set, and we had game cards and socks for the kids to jump on the trampoline. ( which they never did ) due to it being overcrowded and no one really whiching the kids. Our party host wasn't around much after the 4:20 first contact. Again, remember that the party started at 4:00. At 5:55, the part host tells us we need to start wrapping up cause our party ends at 6:15. We ask for some utensils to cut the cake. She didn’t bring out the utensils until 615 When she brought the utensil, she said we had to move the cake to another table because the next part was coming, and we couldn’t use any of the table surrounding the party table because they were also gonna be used for the next party. And she then asked us to pay. She told us she took tips on the card or cash.
I waited 10 minutes out front, and no one even came to take my payment on top of all of that. There was a strong smell of marijuana the entire time we were there. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Not to mention, half the game didn't even work. A horrible experiences, I will never have a birthday party or recommend anyone I know to have a party at Chuck E. Cheese. It is incredibly disorganized and unsanitary, and the type of clientele it attract is terrible. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied for a party that cost over $300.
