i went to this location today and I had a horrible experience. When I went to the counter, a young girl asked to help me. I told her that I wanted a large bun and then I pointed to a specific bun. She looked at me with a nasty look and she cut me off started to tell me how much my order would be. She didn’t know if I wanted something else or not, she just gave me a total. While putting my card in the reader, I looked over to my friend and told her to make sure the person that gets my bun, gives me the one that I had asked requested. After ringing me up, the ride young woman went back to the display tray and started to take out a bun from the casing. My friend tried to stop her and reminded her that I had asked for a specific bun. The buns closer to the cashiers looked a little dry. I wanted one that was further away from the opening of the casing. The girl ignored my friend and continued to take out the drier looking bun. stepped In and told the girl for a THIRD TIME, that I asked for a specific bun. The girl looked at me and gave me another nasty look and said “we only take from the front of the trays” this seemed weird because I had been able to pick the bun that I wanted, prior to this. I canceled my order because I could tell that the girl was just being difficult and rude for no reason.

I stepped away with my card but then I decided to ask another worker if there was a manager around. The manager that came over, was a woman that had been standing there the entire time. She had heard the conversation that I had with the cashier. When I asked if it was Protocol to deny the customer a specific item? She covered for the girl, saying that they didn’t pull from the back of the trays because those buns are hotter and may burn someone. It was total bs and I knew it. I took the liberty of calling their corporate office to let them know about the service I had received with their business. I‘ll make sure to leave this review anywhere that I can. People should know what type of workers, work there.

The manager was doing bogo deals on 6 packs of Cinnabon to the 2 people ahead of me in line. When I inquired about it she was rude and dismissive. I suppose it only applies to certain customers. I bought a pretzel last week at the Auntie Anne's thats attached to Cinnabon and the other employee was also rude. Horrible service to overpay for a cheap product.

Was with my mom she asked for 2 pizza and pepperoni bites and 2 cinnamon bites this girl literally only rings us up for 2 things 1 of each my mom pays I see she only puts 1 of each of bags I said we said 2 of each she sits there doesn't say anything my mom goes forget it she rang ? us up for only 2 SO NOW IM OUT OF EXTRA BECAUSE SHE RINGS IN ONLY 2 HELLO I SAID 4 2 OF EACH NOW MY MOM DOESN'T WANT TO GO THROUGH THE HASSLE OF ORDERING 2 MORE UGH OH WELL YA LOST BUSINESS CAUSE SHE CHOSE TO ONLY THINK WE SAID 1 CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ?

Placed my order with my daughter. I ordered 4 things and she only brought me 1. Had to keep ordering and paying for everything back to back. ? The cinnamon roll was super delicious though.

way too claustrophobic. counter is disgusting. no organization. the system is awful. cant pay with $100s.

Long line. Near the front there was a sign they don’t accept rewards, but their location was listed in the rewards app. Shameful. Looks bad on the brand in my opinion!

We drove out of our way today to come here specifically to use a reward on the app. After being disappointed and feeling misled, we decided not to get anything and step out of line. We don’t want to support a brand that doesn’t support their customers loyalty. We got lunch (and our cinnamon buns) at McDonalds instead! They use a rewards app!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I got 6pk of buns last week Completely STALE. When I got there this morning I asked for fresh cinnamon buns and the woman there said it would be at least 40 minutes.I told her wanted to buy 13 buns and she said she wouldn't be able to pack a them as 6pk I could only get the prepackaged ones at the 6pk price(stale) bc apparently she can only pack Indv. Ones fresh bc of the boxes???,at a cost of$4 more per bun.I also wanted to purchase 13 extra icing. So she lost a sale of$65 bc she insisted on charging me over$80. She claims at 10am when I got there and when they opened the prepackaged ones were made that morning. If what she said was true about how long they take to Make and SIT TO COOL apparentlygets to work over 2 hours early. They were definitely old and stale like last week. Terrible Terrible Customer Service.

Churro was good but lines long.. They also don't accept the app rewards which was disappointing as I had one that was about to expire.
