Absolutely terrible customer service. I got 6pk of buns last week Completely STALE. When I got there this morning I asked for fresh cinnamon buns and the woman there said it would be at least 40 minutes.I told her wanted to buy 13 buns and she said she wouldn't be able to pack a them as 6pk I could only get the prepackaged ones at the 6pk price(stale) bc apparently she can only pack Indv. Ones fresh bc of the boxes???,at a cost of$4 more per bun.I also wanted to purchase 13 extra icing. So she lost a sale of$65 bc she insisted on charging me over$80. She claims at 10am when I got there and when they opened the prepackaged ones were made that morning. If what she said was true about how long they take to Make and SIT TO COOL apparentlygets to work over 2 hours early. They were definitely old and stale like last week. Terrible Terrible Customer Service.

The Allentown location at the Allentown Rest Area has horrible service. I was just just there and Miss Mari was so interested in doing everything except helping a customer. Then after finally placing my order, I just about had to serve myself my order. Her co workers weren't much better. I was served cold Cinnabon middles and room temperature drinks. I will not be going back.

Churro was good but lines long.. They also don't accept the app rewards which was disappointing as I had one that was about to expire.

Long line. Near the front there was a sign they don’t accept rewards, but their location was listed in the rewards app. Shameful. Looks bad on the brand in my opinion!We drove out of our way today to come here specifically to use a reward on the app. After being disappointed and feeling misled, we decided not to get anything and step out of line. We don’t want to support a brand that doesn’t support their customers loyalty. We got lunch (and our cinnamon buns) at McDonalds instead! They use a rewards app!
