Came in as a delivery driver with two other drivers in front of me. One of them was ready to pay for a water with her card but the lady told her it was $1.50 cash only, forcing her to go somewhere else for just a bottled water. If you don't respect your delivery drivers who are delivering your food to your customers enough to eat the cost of a single bottle of water, then you shouldn't have signed up for Uber and Doordash delivery, especially considering she was willing to pay but you weren't able (willing) to accommodate her. Just gives me extremely bad vibes and then to check online to see a 3.3 star rating... There's definitely a reason for that. Treat your drivers like customers and treat all human beings with the basic respect of a water bottle. Atmosphere was fun though, strobe light kept us entertained while waiting 15 in a empty store for the food to be ready 😂

ordered the lobster roll and it barely had lobster in it. Then i called to tell them and they claim they driver ate the lobster out of the roll! They were very combative and didnt care. Be careful with this place they don't care about your food.

If I can give zero stars I would ! I came in to pick up an online order and a worker was getting a massage in the dining room where all the customers can see that’s disgusting and not only that he was pissed off that I came in and was screaming at me asking how many people I can with like first of all this is a restaurant where people come to eat not a message center these people are unprofessional and I will be calling the state food department because this is highly unprofessional and I got video footage
Placed order online. Called to confirm and the lady who answered was very rude and stated yelling. Requested a refund and she yelled NO! Very bad customer service and I do not recommend you spend your money here. Also read the seasoning was very bland and food is not up to par happy I did not eat here. They don’t deserve anyone’s service but go at own risk

We went on Feb. 14, so it was understandable that they very busy and typically we do not have an issue with a wait time. However, the majority of the staff was either not working, or hardly doing anything. There was one waitress named Sage (who was awesome) who was waiting tables, bringing food from the kitchen, cleaning tables, answering the phone, and taking orders at the counter by herself. Every single table was full and there was a line of roughly 10 people were in line for orders. There was another employee that was sat behind the counter, not doing ANYTHING, Sage had even asked that employee for help and the employee said no. There was another woman who came out sometimes, but she never really helped she would bring out a side dish then disappear for another 10 minutes. The food was ok, but they had forgotten the sauce and we weren’t about to wait another 30 minutes. There was no music and it felt awkward in the restaurant, everyone eating silently because everyone can hear everything, and there was a god forsaken door bell that played a 30 second “song” every time someone opened the door. Most likely won’t be back simply because of the service, to no fault of Sage as she was doing literally everything, she deserves a raise and more assistance that girl was holding down the fort.

This was, by far, the strangest seafood place Ive ever been to. There was only one server, and the place got packed on Valentine’s Day. I don’t think they were expecting that volume, and the poor server is the only one here trying to get orders, run food, take phone calls., and cash people out
Why they’re so poorly staffed is beyond me, but on top of that, they seemed completely lost. The woman that did end up running the food didn’t seem to know the tables, or who ordered what. I don’t know if the tables aren’t numbed or lettered, or where the confusion was, but she yelled at the only server every single time she came out to run food, and then it all came at varying times.
Some people got their food first, I got my food 10-15 minutes later. The huspuppies were ok, but did not taste fresh. The fried pickles were awful, soggy, and the breading falling off. They were inedible. The boils seemed fine, and the popcorn chicken took the longest without the sauce I asked for on the side.
The server did the best she could, but it clearly wasn’t her fault. On top of the weird atmosphere, no TVs on, music playing super low, Everytime the door opened, this annoying jingle plays over and over and over. It’s all we heard the entire night, including everyone screaming at each other in the kitchen.
A huge mess & very disorganized. Give the server a raise as she handled it all with a smile. Kudos to her. Won’t be coming back, it just took entirely too long.

I'm so disgusted and disappointed, no flavor what so ever and barely any sauce. The mussels and shrimp was not cleaned and thats the most embarrassing thing a seafood place could do! $40 for this bs seafood bad is ridiculous. I could've got a lot more for the same price at another place! Never again
