Having a coffee place inside the mall is awesome. Not the greatest coffee but having that pick me up while you shop and walk around is good to have.

Hot chocolate didn't have anyyy flavor. It was basically hot water. They were wondering why we were still still there and I told them we were still waiting on a drink. She made it in less than 2 minutes, but the flavor was just off, which makes sense if you're just rushing to make something. I've only gone to this location once before, but why do they only have 2 people working the entire drive-thru, in-store, and online orders? They'd definitely have better ratings and reviews if they were more staffed.

ZER0 STARS... This place is really bad. From customer service to the food. They dont listen. You wait forever with no one in the store because they have the only 2 people who work there are taking care of drive through customers first! The lady who seems to own it is EXTREMELY unprofessional and DISRESPECTFUL. They have no idea what customer service is. The ONLY reason I feel that they're still in business is because of the convenience of the gas station. That's it. This place should close. There is nothing good coming out of this Dunkin Donuts. The owner really needs to learn people skills. She is really bad at running a business. Theres a Dunkin right across the street that is WAAAAAAY Better. Don't go to the gas station Dunkin Donuts.

Nothing was made right, the grilled cheese was as hard as a rock, the sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel I ordered was instead a bacon egg and cheese mind you that was absolutely cold and cheese wasn’t even melted, the coffee’s had absolutely no caramel in them. It was disgusting.

Just ordered my latte and donut the cashier was very friendly and nice and the man behind the counter double checked my order and asked me if it was ok so as of today very good

Service is horrible here and it was the manager and her co-hort. Gave them $100 and she shorts me $30 in my change. Then the manager comes and rectifies it and my two teas and one coffee just sat on the counter until I had to find out what was going on. Too boot the coffee was dark when we asked for light. I was bringing this for my girlfriend who was working a 12hour shift unexpectedly on a Saturday. She had to run to the supermarket near her job to buy milk. Also the old fashion donut was hard and yesterday’s old donut. How hard is it to serve coffee and donuts?

I asked for a caramel decaf medium iced coffee with extra cream and liquid sugar and the lady gave me this cup of flavorless dirt water with coffee grounds in the bottom.

Unsanitary , hard bagel and coffee tasted horrible out of all Dunkin’ Donuts in the area I got the bad one don’t go here if you can go to another one

Very dirty location. Coffee had a sour taste. I had ice Coffee with cream and son just got black ice Coffee. He said his Coffee had a bad taste as well, so it wasn't the cream just not a good D&D.

Ordered a black coffee, no sugar, no milk. Nothing just black. I give the young black girl $3 for the coffee which is $2.43. She short changes me a quarter. She doesn't say sorry which doesn't matter because there are cashiers that do this deliberately. Then I get my coffee and it has sugar in it which she gives me another coffee and sure enough doesn't apologize at all. In conclusion, instead of filling up my gas tank here I drove to the Wawa down the road for my gas. Will NEVER EVER stop here again. If you do then be sure to count your change if you pay with cash.
