Refused us a refund cause both of the worker didnt know how (lies) we were an hour away from home . When we called back next day Josan said to drive back, 1 hour for a refund. Didn’t get me cheese on my loaded hashbrowns, gave the smallest serving size, didn’t give me my munchkins, and made eveyrjtign a hassle. Didn’t give me new hashbrowns. Horrible location. Don’t come here.

The best dunkin in the area for coffee, friendly manager who understands my accent lol. I had issues with being understood before but now I find the dunkin app convenient for this and everything turns out right each time now. :)

I was in a rush I was expecting to purchase two drinks and leave, I saw the line it was long, so I decided to walk in buys drinks and leave, but then I was furious, aggravated because I was standing at the order line for almost 12 minutes no employee helped me out I said you should also pay more attention to the customers inside as well instead of paying all the attention to the drive in. which to I was furious and then after that one of the employees said to the other employee “get him his drink so he can get out of here”, after all the bickering with that employee I finally got my drinks and left. Unbelievable service and Unbelievable Staff management. The staff had no sense of hygiene because all of them were in dirt clothing attire dirty hoodies/ shirts.

I haven't been to a dunkin in years, and this will be the last time I go. Service was fine, but the donuts are overpriced and so tiny. $15 for a dozen and they were smaller than the palm of my hand.

I stood there for my mobile order for five minutes, and it was sitting behind the counter finished, but not in front for me to grab it or know it was there. I then get in my car running late, leave the parking lot and start my drink, and my drink was basically milk no flavor. They didn’t even read the label of what it was supposed to be. And my bagel cooked.

I went around 5.45am. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. When I finally ate it, the bagel was old, probably from the day before. There are always problems when coming here. My mistake to give them another chance.
I asked for a hot latte and got milk no coffee.. Staff where busy talking and almost gave me an iced and had to go find the hot latte which was never finished... Then they did not answer the phone when I called... Its disappointing to expect to taste a drink and get sweetened milk with nothing else in it!

My latte taste like paint thinner. The food wasn’t even cooked right. I also got donut holes and told them no blueberry because the baby is allergic to them they must have touched a blueberry because the baby had an allergic reaction!
