I was in a rush I was expecting to purchase two drinks and leave, I saw the line it was long, so I decided to walk in buys drinks and leave, but then I was furious, aggravated because I was standing at the order line for almost 12 minutes no employee helped me out I said you should also pay more attention to the customers inside as well instead of paying all the attention to the drive in. which to I was furious and then after that one of the employees said to the other employee “get him his drink so he can get out of here”, after all the bickering with that employee I finally got my drinks and left. Unbelievable service and Unbelievable Staff management. The staff had no sense of hygiene because all of them were in dirt clothing attire dirty hoodies/ shirts.

I haven't been to a dunkin in years, and this will be the last time I go. Service was fine, but the donuts are overpriced and so tiny. $15 for a dozen and they were smaller than the palm of my hand.

I stood there for my mobile order for five minutes, and it was sitting behind the counter finished, but not in front for me to grab it or know it was there. I then get in my car running late, leave the parking lot and start my drink, and my drink was basically milk no flavor. They didn’t even read the label of what it was supposed to be. And my bagel cooked.

I went around 5.45am. I ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese. When I finally ate it, the bagel was old, probably from the day before. There are always problems when coming here. My mistake to give them another chance.

I asked for a hot latte and got milk no coffee.. Staff where busy talking and almost gave me an iced and had to go find the hot latte which was never finished... Then they did not answer the phone when I called... Its disappointing to expect to taste a drink and get sweetened milk with nothing else in it!

My latte taste like paint thinner. The food wasn’t even cooked right. I also got donut holes and told them no blueberry because the baby is allergic to them they must have touched a blueberry because the baby had an allergic reaction!

Order a donut and coffee. Coffee was great but when I opened my donut I’m left with no icing cause it all stuck to the bag
I keep trying because it's such a convenient location that maybe it's wishful thinking that it might be better.
Instead, each time, I leave with inedible food that smells and tastes like a dirty, burnt toaster. I finally stopped ordering the hashbrowns because of it, but today, ordered the Avocado toast. Drove away, took a bite, aaaaand yuck.
I really wish there was more consistency in operating procedures with dunkin - and that frequently washing and emptying the toaster was part of it.
So disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Wrong donuts. Hashbrowns are not edible. Bagel is hard as a rock. This location should be shut down. Waste of money and time. Call to speak to a manager and no one even answers the phone. Will never be going back. Gave them 1 too many chances.

I got a hot caramel coffee and a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant, which was fabulous. Decades ago Dunkin first came out with breakfast sandwiches, which I believe were made of cardboard. Not so today, I am a lover of the brealfast sandwich and those served at this establishment definitely fall in the superior range. Yummy!
