They were out of ALL bagels before 8:00 and when asked if I wanted a substitute, they just canceled my order without telling me (even though not everyrhing in my order was unavailable), leaving me sit there for over 30 minutes

By far the worst Dunkin'. I would highly recommend avoiding this establishment as much as possible. There are several others on the same road. The service was terrible, they didn't have several items, and the bathroom was trashed.

While a sweaty gross man stood behind the counter and looked my teen daughter up and down, we got served a muffin covered in mold on the bottom and a cold brew that tasted disgusting and old. Gave me the wrong change back twice. So gross and dirty-stay away!!

This location is very RACIST . I got to store ordered a wake up rap. 3 people came later and made their orders. I waited for 5 minutes never got my order. Mean while other folks that came after me got their order.l asked the lady where is my order? She said her screen is messed up so she couldn’t see. I told themI wanted a refund since I can’t be waiting. Never did anyone apologize or say anything she just gave me back my money. Mean while I was the only black person.
