This place is absolutely horrible. i've never experienced this at a Dunkin or any other drive-through place, but here it goes...
I wanted to place an order for me and my boyfriend and we had wanted to change something on our order and the lady said that we couldn't change it because she had already placed it to get made with out confirming with us about finalizing our order before sending things off to get made. and I think that's really unprofessional how she handled changing our order. So she forced us to pay for the sandwich that my boyfriend didn't even ultimately want in the end.

8/17/25 came in to get food and as I ordered mid way I decided to change my order some lady with a accent tells me I can’t cause there’s a line they made it even tho I ain’t paid for the food.

THIS PLACE SUCKSSS! EVERYDAY MY COFFEE DOESNT TASTE LIKE COFFEE I ASK FOR IT TO BE REMADE JUST TO BE TOLD NO AND FOR THEM TO TRY AND TAKE MY DRINK OUT OF MY HANDS THEN I GO IN A COUPLE DAYS LATER WHICH IS TODAY AND THEY SAY THEIR CALLING THE COPS AND WONT BE SERVING ME.I DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG. NEVERRR WILL SPEND $ AT DUNKIN AGAIN. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I come to this Dunkin’ almost every single day, and yet there’s almost always a problem either with the order itself or with the staff. Today was the last straw. At the Drive-Thru, I handed the exact amount in cash, including coins. As I was handing it over, the employee suddenly pulled his hand back, and 10 cents fell to the ground. I checked outside my car, but couldn’t find it cause it probably rolled underneath. He then refused to give me my full change, shorted me 10 cents, and handed me 90 cents back instead of $5. When I pointed out that he caused the issue by pulling away, he just smiled and said “have a nice day” like nothing happened. Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. The issue isn’t about the 10 cents it’s the attitude. The constant carelessness, the dismissiveness, and the lack of basic respect from the staff is what’s truly frustrating. It’s exhausting to be treated this way day after day. I also asked for “less ice” in my drink, and they gave me no ice at all. Just like every other time, they can’t get basic instructions right. It’s honestly shocking how this location continues to hire people who clearly don’t care about customer service. I’m tired of dealing with mistakes and rude behavior every time I come here.

If I can give this place negative stars I would! I ordered two refreshers and they were both made wrong, first one was a completely different flavor and the other one had no flavor just green tea. I order almost daily for my daughters and this is the first time it was off. When I went back to just get new drinks made properly, the manager (small in stature lady) gave me an attitude as if it was my fault. Told me that they can’t make me new ones but only add more flavor even to the one that was made wrong. She argued with me repeatedly stating that the order was right because of what the paper said, so I told her to taste it because it wasn’t what was ordered. After she finally agreed to make me new drinks she told me to get out of the drive thru line and come inside because I was holding up the line. This by far has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere! This was and will be the last time I go to this Dunkin!

If I can give this place a zero I would. Customer service is disgustingly horrible. The older woman that works here has a nasty attitude and if you express any concerns with your order being wrong she will only disagree with you, will not help resolve it and will only tell you to call customer service because she is to busy helping other customers. When I mentioned my concerns she started yelling and would not let me get a word in. I never in my life had such poor customer service. 8/10 times I come here my hash browns either tasty funny or burnt. But the convenience of them having a drive through is what kept me a customer. I truly believe they need to reevaluate who they have working there. I will never go back here again.

This is the worst customer service ever! That manager the women she has the worst attitude with her customers! For someone like me who spend a lot of money on coffee every week! Some days I even go twice and every time I have to deal with something THEY messed up they turn around and act like it’s not there problem! It’s simple YOU MESS UP SOMEONES COFFEE YOU FIX IT!
Went in to get food. We gave our order they repeated the order back to us everything was correct. Once we got our food an item was missing (a dounut) and our drinks were done incorrectly (replaced milk with oat milk bc I'm lactos intolerant and asked for extra cream but the coffe barely had any) and somehow on the receipt it said that the order was correct even though it wasn't what we ordered originally even after they repeated it back to us. We asked for more cream on the side and the cream was expired and clumpy. The employees were rude about the whole situation and very unattentive and argumentive. We weren't the only ones who were having issues or who the employees were arguing with. There was this lady who asked for no sugar on her iced coffee and she was told they didn't add any but you could clearly see it at the bottom of the cup but they said it wasn't sugar mind you it was a plain ice coffee no syrups added so what else could that have been. Horrible experience don't come to this place.
