Went in to get food. We gave our order they repeated the order back to us everything was correct. Once we got our food an item was missing (a dounut) and our drinks were done incorrectly (replaced milk with oat milk bc I'm lactos intolerant and asked for extra cream but the coffe barely had any) and somehow on the receipt it said that the order was correct even though it wasn't what we ordered originally even after they repeated it back to us. We asked for more cream on the side and the cream was expired and clumpy. The employees were rude about the whole situation and very unattentive and argumentive. We weren't the only ones who were having issues or who the employees were arguing with. There was this lady who asked for no sugar on her iced coffee and she was told they didn't add any but you could clearly see it at the bottom of the cup but they said it wasn't sugar mind you it was a plain ice coffee no syrups added so what else could that have been. Horrible experience don't come to this place.

I went to get the same coffee I get every morning at this Dunkin & the workers were very rude when I told them they didn’t make my coffee correct. Started to argue with me about it. Tried to just add ice to my coffee & I asked them to make it with extra ice & there was barely any ice in the cup. Then she proceeded to tell me she been working there for 19 years & the coffee was hot & that’s why the ice melted but when she finally remade it the way I asked if came out correct. Then threatened to take the video footage & try to use it against me when all I did was ask her to remake it & she just kept offering me a refund. When I just wanted my coffee do not come here if you care about professionalism or customer service cause they don’t have it !

Grabbed a plain bagel with cream cheese and an Unsweetened ice tea before heading to work, the tea tasted more like chemicals than actual tea and the bagel was hard as a rock, clearly no longer fresh. Definitely will not be going back to this location.

I came last week i think after not going for a while wanted to give it a try again.. I asked for the 6$ meal and other stuff and i was charged incorrectly after i had to repeat my order multiple times.. and when i got the order I said what is and he said that is what i asked for ??? Not even saying sorry or let’s fix it !!! And when i ask for fix he just walked away!! He didn’t even hand me my stuff correctly and almost most of them were super rude..

I stopped in the usually pick up my friends drink and this time I got one of their sandwiches with the bacon and the special bread I can't remember what they called the sandwich but my God it was great for about 5 and a half bucks. I thought it was a little pricey until I ate it and I will be going back to g et another one because it was delicious I recommend this place to anyone.
Parking: Everyone there is very friendly but there's an older gentleman that I think runs it or manages it he is awesome he always waves at you's nods or says hi even though he has the headphone on and he's taking care of the window.
Kid-friendliness: I don't see too many kids in there once in awhile there are with their parents.

Unbelievable This was my goto dunkin. This morning I ordered my usual coffee and a bagle. The bagle had a paper thin layer of cream cheese. I showed this to the owner and she said if you want more you have to pay extra. I won't be back there.
