Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Nothing is ever good anymore, I literally couldn’t eat a single plate I tried. Potatoes not cooked, my baked potatoe was BROWN, the steak, or I mean fat,. Had a good taste and the chef was cool, but come on. Owner needs to get off of drugs or whatever addiction they have and save this place, or just give up. Your wasting your money on alll the corners your trying to cut, and it’s just making things worse. And all the waiters are just eating plates of food, sitting right next to us. Where’s inspectors? The last time I saw the salad people prep and not once did they switch out gloves and they were touching the cooler doors and anything else you can think of. Pathetic. It’s April and they still have a Christmas tree up.

This place needs an owner who cares. It has so much potential as it's one of the few if any American style buffets. Employees seem nice. Food is buffet so nothing special. But the FILTH?!!?!? First of all the place smells like cat, actual cat! Tables filthy and the actual seats were in such bad shape id say they've been there since the place opened 😑 Utensils and plates DIRTY cups they bring your drinks in DIRTY and definitely there since they opened too. Even the condiment shakers looked dirty NEVER AGAIN 🤢

I am very unhappy with this Golden Corral. The service was poor. The food was lacking. There were no options and the ones that were there were mislabeled and looked as if they had been out for days. I could not eat anything that i plated. The quality was atrocious. Meat options were slim and looked questionable. Seafood?? Fried fish only. The dessert options looked plentiful but everything was dry and crusty as if it was old. I am totally put off by this "restaurant" and I won't return.
The cost of eating out with kids is already high and add to that the fact that we could have spent that money anywhere and had good hot food? Plus charging two of my kids as adults? I will never eat here again. I wish I could give zero stars.

Workers are amazing and helpful food wise wish they had more diversity like Spanish Mexican etc. but workers are great 😊

This place was gross! We were there for about 45 minutes and the only person cleaning was and older black woman that was herself wonderful but extremely overwhelmed. It was busy but definitely not extremely booked. There was plenty of seating if they actually cleaned them off.Tables remained not just used but covered with food from the table to the floor. The cleaned tables were barely cleaned in most sections. Half the food had run out and wasn't replaced the entire time we were there. They even put packs of crackers in the empty trays just to have something there. What was there was extremely over cooked to the point of being more like jerky. Most of the staff stood around talking or on their phones. The restroom was worse than a truckstop. Tile was actually busted off of the walls above the urinal in large portions and the floors definitely were not cleaned in a long time. It was only 4:30pm we payed almost $70 for 3 people and we left having barley eaten. We live out of the area but I promise we will never return. Its sad because we've been to several of their restaurants and enjoyed them but this one was crazy BAD!

The past couple of times we have stopped here we have noticed changes in things....

This time however was the worst we have seen it and it was definitely not as good as years past.

The service was definitely lacking. A lot of the food was not as fresh as it would normally be with higher customer count. Ex. Rock hard cookies, rock hard brownies, NO ice cream, no one bussing the tables(it was not due to lack of staff they walked by our table many times but no one stopped to clean off any dishes or ask us if we needed anything... they just kept walking by all of the tables.)
No one at the front podium when you enter... For several minutes at a time it was left unattended when we were trying to find someone.

Even though parents should have control of their kids... Staff walked right by as a child continuously played in the desserts... Picking up the marshmallows with their hand dropping them, playing in the sprinkles, etc.

In the past there would be a parking lot full of cars and often times a line out the door.
Now, only a handful of cars in the parking lot.
We should have noticed the signs.....

BATHROOMS ATROCIOUS!...... I MEAN BAD VERY BAD. FILTHY!!!!!!!!

THIS WAS ALWAYS A PLACE OF HIGH CALIBER AND A PLACE YOU CAN TAKE YOUR FAMILY WITHOUT QUESTION........

We are very sorry to see this happen to Golden Corral.

Vegetarian options: Again in the past, the staff would walk around the buffet and make sure that it was clean and that spoons were not cross-contaminated etcetera... Well an example of a vegetarian
option would be the cabbage... This was always one of my favorites but they had it right next to the pulled pork and there was pork floating in the vegetarian cabbage.

Kid-friendliness: They did have pricing for children.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes it was wheelchair accessible.

This was my first time at Golden Corral, and I was very pleased! The variety of food was impressive, everything was fresh, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The place was so hot. The cold food salad bar meats were sweating. Health inspectors need to visit this place. Managment stands around on their phone instead of doing their job.

Worst Golden Corral our family has ever been to. Some of the food items appear to be from last week. Very limited selection - missing some hot foods you would see at other locations. Also, no ice cream or pies.
