Jersey Mike's Subs

I don’t know what happened my order yesterday but the rosemary parmesan bread on both of the sandwiches were hard and parm was crumbly. I asked for my sub to be toasted but it still came cold. @Jersey Mike’s you are one of my go to😍 🔥.Please don't defect. I like my prediction games.

My daughter is gluten free and the guy that was making the sandwich was not very help full. Usually the Whitehall store has a separate machine for this. I mentioned and the guy basically blew me off.
As you can see in the pictures, this got did not clean well at all. If my daughter had celiac disease I w oilfield have really been irrate but she is sensitive and so I figured she should be okay. Why is it so hard to get even basic customer service. I was disappointed with this store. I won't return

Did a DoorDash order for 2 sandwiches and only got 1. And it was my 6 year old sandwich that was missing, who was already tired and ready for bed. The bag was sealed so this falls on the store. Guess who had to go back out in the freezing cold at 8pm on a Sunday night? Very inconvenient. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience when I called the store about it. We decided to go to the Wawa instead.

This is the Jersey Mike's in Whitehall I've gone a few times hopefully they can redeem themselves. there's no meat it's all lettuce and tomato, I go to one and tilghman Street it's like 10 times better

Have been coming to this location for over a year & lately the staff changed & it has been so disgusting. The mayo always has relish & onions in it, the toppings are mixed with others ( bad for allergies) & the station is filthy. Won’t be coming anymore.

#7 turkey cheese. Top bread 1.75 inch, bottom bread 1.75 inch, all middle filling mikes way 1/4th of inch. Cost $18.00. Most expensive bread hoagie ever. Lost my future business. What happened to the good great Jersey Mikes of the long ago era?

Great service even during rush

They are expensive.

Staff was very nice. Lotta hype for a flavorless hoagie. Got the roast beef and Supreme club. Giant's hoagie had more flavor. $48 wasted. Soooo disappointed.
