Jersey Mike's Subs

$18 for nothing but bread and lettuce. This is not a quality hoagie. For this price, there should be twice the amount of meat and a better quality meat. Very disappointing.

I tried Jersey Mike’s for the first time today and I won’t be returning. Staff was unapproachable and not helpful at all. Food was mediocre, I had higher expectations and I was honestly disappointed walking out of there. All of the tables were dirty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The side walk and parking lot was also slippery.

Very loud place to dine in. 2 tables I said at both rocked. Not sure if people were just having an off day but just seem to be a little short customers.

I'm honestly really disappointed with this location. They are often really rude, and they always charge me a different amount for my sandwich. I really wish (especially with the price of their food) that they had some sort of consistency.

The Jersey Mike’s staff on MacArthur Road are amazing, the establishment is clean, and the food is fresh and tasty! Staff are very friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to talk to. Special shout out to Kyle, Blake, Eric, and Emily… they made my sub quickly and perfectly… best sub I’ve ever had! I would highly recommend stopping at this Jersey Mike’s if you’re in the area!

Tuna sub sandwich for lunch did not taste good. I asked for roll grilled, onion, lettuce, oil & vinegar.
Don't like to give negative review, but have to be honest.

If you specialize in making sandwiches, you better make a good tuna sandwich.

Portobello Mushroom sandwich last time was very good. Don't remember what was added to it.

Chocolate chip cookie was very good.

I must retract. As a frequent customer I'm noticing changes. Everything appears to be the same but my cheese steak the last 3 visits did not melt the cheese throughout and the meat not spread through symmetrically to stand by their quality measures. If you know what I mean it's the most critical part of the assembly. Unmelted cheese and chunky meat = no bueno. I'm certain management will fix the issue and my star rating will return to something more acceptable.

I had a mini Tuna hoagie and a bag of chips that cost almost $14.

Parking: Located aside of Starbucks drive thru. Traffic gets a little crazy trying to get in and out of the parking lot.
