Lady at the front desk was extremely rude! We walked in to bowl and tried to take some pictures and she said we couldn’t take pictures extremely loud, making it way bigger then it needed to be.

Every night during league i get drinks to enjoy the night , never have been id until tn , lady acted like a disrespectful karen , even came and snatched my drink out my hand , shes disrespectful n disgusting, and shouldnt be serving , would like to say alot more but ill keep it professional like i did when she decided to embarrass me infront of my team , shes a complete weirdo and will never have my buiness when ever shes serving

Came here to bowl on a Sunday at 3PM but the doors were locked. The lights are on inside and the site said that it would be open until 10pm, but it’s not. As my boyfriend and I were attempting to call the front desk for an answer as to why, we saw a group of 10 people and multiple others try to enter with no luck. If you’re not going to be open, update your listed times. Simple. You’ve now lost the business of not just us, but at least 20 people that we saw try to come here.

What a rip off. Paid for 2 hours of bowling be aware. They will jip you out of time by adding you to another person's game instead of getting you your own lane.

Everything about the experience was pretty mid. The food, the decor, the music. Nothing stood out as wow this was great. I was there for a kid's birthday party. The family was foreign and had never been bowling before. The child the party was for was autistic as were majority of the 8 kids there. The woman behind the counter knew all of this but was still quite snippy and a little rude to the mother and children. The birthday boy had a blast and has been studying bowling since and wants to come back, so his opinion matters most.

Great for league nights, awful for casual bowlers. If you want a place where you can just grab a beer and bowl don't go here, go to Steel City. Their bar only seems to be open when leagues are playing and you won't be able to get a lane then. And the staff seems a little on the rude side. Like I said league bowlers seem to love this place but I'm sure they could care less about casual bowlers just trying to have to a good time or people just trying to practice or get better.

Visiting from Florida after living in Allentown for 32 years and being gone 15 years, Jordan lanes is always a spot I go to !! Bartender is great. The wings are the best in town come represent your local bowling alley/bar. These people have made it work for decades. And STILL A Great spot. Pool tables are not the greatest but definitely playable and they roll nice !!!!

Jordan Lanes is hands down one of the best bowling alleys we’ve been to. It’s exceptionally clean, well maintained, and truly family-friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable for all ages, which makes it a great place to bring kids or enjoy a casual night out.
We had a great experience and will absolutely be back. Highly recommend Jordan Lanes for anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and enjoyable bowling experience.

Stopped at the New Jordan Lanes today for the first time. The lady at the main counter and bartender were both friendly and helpful. Played a few games of pool and had some mixed drinks. The prices are very reasonable. Friendly service, a good time at a low price is rare these days..

I came here via a coaching appointment. The lanes are well-maintained, and plenty of lanes are available. Compared to my local alley would enjoy having an alley like this closer to my location. I didn’t partake in any food items, and the restrooms need a serious upgrade/cleaning. No complaints about the main attraction which is the bowling lanes.
