For the first time the food at the MacArthur Road KFC was not good. Got the 4 piece meal and upgraded the wing to a breast which was tiny. All the chicken was tough and dried out. Probably not going there again.

“Can I get a straw?” “Straw’s in the bag.” It was not. I’m having an extremely bad pain day, which is why I specifically asked for the thing I knew I needed to actually be able to drink the drink I needed. But thanks for your BS.

What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the drive-thru service. Despite the line of cars, my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff ensured that everything was up to their high standards before handing it over, which showed their commitment to quality.
Overall, my drive-thru experience at KFC Whitehall Township was fantastic. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a quick turnaround makes it a go-to spot for fried chicken lovers on the go. I will definitely be returning soon!

Asked for a water cup for my 70yo mother after spending $50 on the two of us to eat and the lady working here looked at me with disgust and said we don’t have cups for that. Policy or not, you take care of people. It’s wasn’t that hard to help in this situation but this one act will sway me to eat elsewhere next time.
