**A Delightful Drive-Thru Experience at KFC Whitehall Township**
I recently visited the KFC at 1612 MacArthur Road in Whitehall Township via their convenient drive-thru, and it was an excellent dining experience! From the moment I pulled up, the service was swift and friendly, making the process smooth and hassle-free.
The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the classic 3 piece fried chicken, and it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just the way I like it. The sides, especially the seasoned french fries , were a perfect complement to the chicken. I also tried their famous coleslaw, which was fresh and crunchy.
What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the drive-thru service. Despite the line of cars, my order was prepared quickly and accurately. The staff ensured that everything was up to their high standards before handing it over, which showed their commitment to quality.
Overall, my drive-thru experience at KFC Whitehall Township was fantastic. The combination of great food, friendly service, and a quick turnaround makes it a go-to spot for fried chicken lovers on the go. I will definitely be returning soon!

Asked for a water cup for my 70yo mother after spending $50 on the two of us to eat and the lady working here looked at me with disgust and said we don’t have cups for that. Policy or not, you take care of people. It’s wasn’t that hard to help in this situation but this one act will sway me to eat elsewhere next time.

I had filled out application and I call to see if someone looked at it and the only thing they asked me was my name and I told her then the lady hung up on me and I call back and ask what happened I was told I was being rude but all I said was my name the lady lied to the manger and then the manager hung up on me being mad disrespectful. I called back and I asked how I was being disrespectful and rude and he couldn’t give me a response and then he told me that they were weren’t hiring, but you’re on indeed So you lied I feel KFC. It’s for the liars and disrespectful. People need to have new management You denied a single mom with two kids if for no reason and you lied About me being rude and disrespectful because that never happened and I have a whole conversation recorded

Definitely my last time purchasing KFC. Tonight Uber Eats delivered my chicken strips which were mediocre at best with absolutely no dipping sauce and it says right on the receipt honey mustard sauce. I concluded in addition to that that the mashed potatoes are crap as well. Definitely sticking with Popeyes from now on whose quality is much much better. Come on guys you can't make sure the dipping sauce is there on an outgoing Uber order taking into account that the person can't just come up to the counter and ask for the missing sauce - they are screwed once it's delivered to the house without the sauce.

Worst rude experience at a fast food restaurant ever.!!!!.. I will never go back to this location ever again!!! Where is the negative stars option??? They forgot to include my biscuit. When I went back to ask them to give me one, they laughed at me. This after waiting in the drive through line for what seemed like a very long time, considering the place was practically empty. It took so long that the people behind me in line were beeping their horns and leaving the line frustrated. Terrible experience at what once was a really nice place to eat. I should have went to Chick-fil-A, where the staff cares for its customers.

Went close to 15 minutes before closing, which is something I can understand, but to down right deny me specifically what I ordered is clearly laziness and the urge to leave taking precedence over customer service. Then to laugh at me because it's aggravating to me is a lack of respect. No napkins, no utensils, no respect and no dignity.
