I think things would be fine if the employees were better trained. 1. Don’t rush over asking what we’d like to drink and do we want an appetizer as soon as we sit down. We hadn’t even studied the menu. We might have gotten one if we would have had time to look and discuss. Instead, put glasses of ice water on the table and say, I’ll be back to get your drink and appetizer order. 2. Don’t inform the customer you’re out of bake potatoes when they order them. Instead, tell them when they begin looking at the menu. Or even better, if out of baked potatoes and they order them, say “we’re out of that side, but you can order a premium side at no up-charge. This Longhorn must be a very long way from a grocery store to have been unable to get additional potatoes when they saw their inventory depleting. 3. Don’t bring the salads out 120 seconds ahead of the entrée. Bring it out well ahead so it can be enjoyed. 4. Don’t wait for a water /ice tea / soda glass to be empty and then ask if more is desired. When it’s getting low, a full replacement needs to already be on the table. I think our waitress would have been great if only there were someone that trained her to be great. By the way, I gave the waitress a good tip because it wasn’t her fault. It’s just poor management.

Nice place, great service but the food is terrible. Every single item that we ordered was so salty it wasn't edible.. my husband ate his chicken and he hates salt but he was starving.. the French onion soup so salty, fries way too salty, burger and fries were cold and salty.. Thank Goodness we don't have high blood pressure... I've been to other locations and food was great. Ease up on the salt!

Had a filet mignon alongside a delicious caesar salad with unlimited bread, and it was perfect. Everything in the restaurant felt comfortable, fancy, and welcoming. The best part of going here was our waiter named George. Looked extremely professional and acted professional, made me feel like I was important! I was actually having a bad day before this experience, loved every moment of it.

Come here for lunch! Order a big cheeseburger done the way you like and add one of their tasty soups or side salad for only $10.99. Try a delicious crystal clear unsweetened iced tea in a large glass. Our server Tabitha, was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was clean, well-lit, and comfortably air conditioned. The men's bathroom was clean and in good order. Pretty close to a ten out of ten on this visit.

Within the past month or so I’ve picked up 3 3 to go orders from this location. 2 out of the 3 times I had an extremely unpleasant and frustrating experience with the manager. If it wasn’t for said manager, I would have easily rated service 5 stars, because the to go servers that I’ve interacted with are extremely friendly and helpful. My first experience with her, she was dismissive and disrespectful towards my girlfriend. The second time I didn’t interact with her directly, but I watched her from across the restaurant roll her eyes and sigh at me after I told the very nice to go server I have a darden discount. After the togo server returned (again, she was extremely friendly) her demeanor changed and it was made very clear that me receiving my discount was a great inconvenience for this manager for whatever reason. I work in a restaurant with management that clearly cares about us as workers and cares for the customers’ experience, so it’s very jarring to see such poor management from this woman. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but I’m imagining that anyone reading this will unfortunately know who I’m talking about right away. I hope to see a change in management not only for future customers, but also for the employees that have the displeasure work under this manager.

The server let the plates accumulate and didn't clear it from the table and seemed like she didn't want to be there. It wasmy dad and his wife's first time there, and it was a disappointment. His wife ordered salmon fillet, she ended up with steak fillet. We had to clear the table of used plates at one time.

Always a good meal. Its nothing like three oak or other fancy steak houses but for the money and good service we always leave satisfied and come back regularly for a fair good meal
