Had the shawarma combination and it was really delicious. I will say that some of the other meals were missing something to make them a bit. But overall enjoy

Ordered pick up on a Wednesday night, was looking for something new to try. So happy we came across Maza. I called a few times asking questions regarding dishes and each time was greeted with a kind voice who gladly answered all my questions. The food was fresh and hot and so delicious we will be back very soon!

Chicken kebab was very good. Entree included rice, bread, garlic sauce and grilled veg. Rice used to be really good. Grilled vegs were lackluster; grilled vegs should be as amazing as kebab meats. Fatoush salad was huge and delicious. Love it, but can't eat that much sugar. Enjoyed carrot juice in the past, a healthy and unique menu item. Kofte kebab was very good, babaghanoush was pretty good. Servers were friendly and helpful.

Had a wonderful meal here at the suggestion of a friend while visiting home! We had the babaganouj, grilled shrimp platter, fattoush salad, beef kibbe, shanklish, arabic coffee, and pistachio mafrooka. The food was excellent! Everything was fresh, well cooked, flavorful, and served in massive portions. The fattoush was a beautiful massive boat, and the dressing with it had a lovely vinegar bite and the pomegranate pop in the dressing was so good, both visually and taste wise. The coffee was great, fresh made with deep flavor. My friend loved the shrimp, they were juicy and flavorful. They also came with pita, rice, and labneh. The kibbe were fried perfectly, and juicy and well spiced inside. I love that they were small instead of two huge ones like I sometimes see. The pistachio mafrooka was something I had never tried and oh my god, it was amazing. A little disk on the bottom of pistacho and maybe honey? Nice and sticky and baklava adjacent minus the phyllo. Topped with a scoop of a thick cream, with a cheesecake vibe but a little more sour. Then topped with pistachio. It also came with all three pieces which were huge. The service was quick and friendly as well. They also have hookah, which they asked if we wanted to do when we arrived. We didn't opt to, but if that's your jam, stop by! I absolutely recommend coming by for the food though!

Great food!!

The food at Maza is very hit or miss. The biggest hit is their sautéed chicken liver, an explosion of flavors from the garlic, lemon, and pomegranate molasses. I do wish their bread were better, as it really takes away from the dining experience.

This is by far the best middle eastern restaurant I’ve ever visited. The food is amazing aside from their great service. When visiting I’d suggest the maza sampler and the maza from the grill so you can get a feel of a little bit of everything on the menu ! The food was hot and very well prepared, the servers are very welcoming and attentive. The owners are hands on and make sure that their customers are happy. I felt like I was at home I’ll definitely be coming here again ! Thank you for your wonderful food and service :)

So, so disapointing. First of all, this is a restaurant where people smoke hookahs, which is not listed anywhere on the website. We never would have come in the first place had we known it would be full of smoke. Next, we ordered our beef rare and it came out well-done. We sent it back and the replacement came out well-done. We sent it back again and the third time it was medium. They didn't take it off of our bill. Our server was very inattentive. Our appetizers came out after our entrees. I would never, every recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived we were seated immediately. The parking lot was relatively full so we took that as a good sign. However....inside was only us and another couple. The other patrons were smoking inside the restaurant. It took 5 minutes after we were seated to get our drink order taken and another 5 minutes for our bottle of water and iced tea to come out. We were told that our server would be with us shortly. We walked out 20 minutes later never seeing a server. We did leave a few dollars for the drinks but this was ridiculous
