Place was dirty at 10:30 in morning. Service was slow and wasnt busy. Double cheeseburger was just thrown in roll and tasted a week old. Couldnt eat it. Chicken nuggets dried out and tasted same. Keep in mind, 10:30 am. Lunch just started. Will not go back and with mcdonalds prices anymore wont be visiting anymore. Burger king way better and cheaper

They don't take Apple Pay when it cold as I was told it won't work at the drive thru window as the cold air makes the reader not work. I think that is just BS and I won't be going to MacDonald's in the future. I prefer to use Apple Pay as it is more secure than exposing my credit card info to a card reader.

Didn't give me my potatoes patty w breakfast. Called an they took my name so next time I tell them to give me my extra one an even asked them is it in an they say yes. Go down highway an look an there's NONE! I go back an go in an say I don't have time for this an Mgr talks to me funny an takes his time getting it. Bad business.

I ordered food from the drive thru, last week. Worst experience ever! As i was headed to work i wanted to pick up breakfast it was a great morning until i was serviced by an employee named Lisa and to make matters worst it seemed as tho she was training a young man. I felt sorry for him. Not only should she not be training with her nasty entitled not caring about customers and rude attitude she should not be training anyone with her un sensitive mannerism. Not my fault she was either having a bad day or hates her job. She should not be able to serve customers she is better off cleaning the kids area or bathrooms, what a nasty person.

They did follow my special instructions, which is why I gave a 4 for service. However, I think the size of the patties on the big Mac should be a lot bigger then the ones I got. It looked like the patties for a kids hamburger.
Got a deluxe quarter pounder with cheese add bacon along with a couple of other items. Everything was made perfectly except the mayo on the mcchicken was a tad sour and the quarter pounder was made wrong. Went back to have it remade. The girl at the counter was super nice and gave me fries while I waited. The order came out fast both times despite getting my order wrong.
Glanced at the burger and it looked good. Got back home and, turns out, it was made wrong again. Didn’t go back again bc lol it’s fine. They were super busy and probably aren’t getting paid what they should be and are most likely also understaffed and overworked. I worked in fast food 12 years ago. It’s rough.
