If you go inside expect to wait upwards of 15 minutes as they cater to the drive thru line, looking at you without saying a single word. Pathetic service.

I stood there waiting to get my drink after a kiosk order, nobody asked if I needed anything like I was staring into the kitchen for no reason lol? So it didn’t come out till everything else was done… whatever that’s fine… but to then not even give me a straw… could of at least put it in the bag… I don’t even leave bad reviews that often but you lose a star for service - there was none. And a star for not at least giving me a flippin straw. Won’t come back here.
Very disappointed to see fully automated now... machines are difficult to navigate. Plus there were 3 employees just standing behind the counter watching me fail...

Orders are always messed up. Parking lot is a dumpster fire. And staff has no idea what a timely manner is. I guess that’s what I should expect from a trash food chain serving crappy food anyways.

They were busy. I walked in, ordered on the app, and proceeded to stand there. I watched every person after me get their food. The manager, after making eye contact numerous times, eventually asked if she could help me. Oh, this was after I watched the board above me move my order to now serving. So they pushed my order through the process without any actual food. I then told her I wanted my food that said now serving. She made some excuse about my ticket being on the floor. I wasted my entire lunch break at McDonald's not eating any food that I paid for. The District manager was on site and I asked to speak with him. It was obvious that my concerns were falling on deaf ears with the manager. The higher up had an even more lame excuse after he walked over from the fry bagging station. Not expecting it to be that busy on a Monday!?!?!?!?!?! What does that have to do with not making my food and just skipping my order? That is your job. Fast food. Seriously tighten up!!!!!
