Went there on Saturday we always come here but they had new people working we ordered 5 bubble teas the only one made good was one coco milk tea all the other ones had no sugar no flavor I was watching them make the teas and the girl threw away the mixture three times I’m guessing she made it wrong all I know is I won’t be going back because I spent $30 and they were all horrible drinks very disappointing the vibe was really off and we waited over 20 mins for our drinks . The old staff they had was way better .

I always get the same drink here. Each time it taste different. The one I just had was entirely too sweet and some other ones had no sweetness and a few had a cloudy substance in it that doesn’t taste good at all. Overall 2/5, just not the best and definitely not consistent in taste. My first one I ever bought was the best one, all the others were mid.

They drinks where good went on a Monday but there is always this female employee with dark short hair and pink piercings who gives dirty looks is rude for no reason and makes u not want to go there again

Boba tea is good and fresh! In my opinion, this place is more of a grab and go type of place. They do have about 2-4 small tables, but I didn't find the set-up one to sit with a friend and catch-up. They also no longer have food (bubble waffles). Either way, service was great and I will most likely visit again when I'm running errands in Whitehall.

You messed up my order two times and that was just today. It seems like every time I order it and have it delivered it is ALWAYS MESSED UP. And they will never fix there mistakes they tell you how it is your fault even when you have proof!!!

Love this place!!! My only complaint is that is far away from me. Anytime I'm in the area I like to stop in and get good bubble tea. This is one of the only places in the Lehigh valley that serve up decent bubble tea. One day it'll catch on more in our area, and when that day comes I hope Ninis can franchise and take advantage of the opportunity. We don't need more chains - come support your local business.
Also, the inside of the shop is full of cute little trinkets and goodies available for purchase. The standard pokemon/anime fair but it's still fun to look at while you wait for your drink. 10/10

I am a weekly customer who spends close enough to $35 per visit because I order for several kids and usually the large tea. No people’s skills. When asked to speak to owner or manager, she refused. Was just obnoxious and rude.
