Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Dedre was extremely rude and immediately stated she couldn’t serve alcohol to my table before introducing herself due to the fact that I’m 20 and my sister is 25.(still had not asked for ids yet this was assumed)She then said she had to ask her mgr if she could serve the alcohol, so she took our drink order and left. She came back and then said she was so worried about our ages that she forgot our drink order. Then came back two more times to ask what we wanted to drink. She displayed very poor customer service skills and was very rude when taking our food order and checking on us. All this time she has other tables. With other people and is being very nice and accommodating, even recommending things to them in the menu. Not sure if it was because we are younger and the stereotype of younger people not tipping is a thing. But it was shown today that we were singled out by her for some reason. Despite all of this. Whoever brought us our food was a sweetheart!! So Unfortunately yes we left a poor tip. But not because of the stereotype. Because of lack of respect and kindness for others. Especially for the job you are in. Very disappointed.

The staff was friendly and attentive as always. The food is delicious and the portions big enough to take some home for another meal. A good value for the price, especially when you get as much salad or soup and bread sticks as you want. Although it can be somewhat noisy but I definitely recommend this restaurant..

Arrived at 5pm and there was barely anyone there. 3 people waiting already should have tipped me off that I was going to wait. 15 minutes and we left. Aat least 6 to 7 people standing around. 2 girls watching videos as hostesses. After 10 minutes I asked what the hold up is? They said servers.... So you not sit customers and get them drinks instead of stand in llobby waiting while I watch the hostesses talk about how cute several videos are.
Then that got sat right before us had 1 lady in bathroom while the other 2 in her party got seated. The hostess just pointed and told her where to go instead of take her to her table.
After 15 minutes.. we left. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. So many people standing around, just like we were.
Sometimes when you get to a restaurant early so you don't have a wait. Not at Olive Garden.

Food was better than I even thought it would be. The server was very quiet, and the service started slow (didn't even get a server to our table for over 5 minutes) but ended up fine. It was a little dusty and outdated but a good place to eat.

Food was good, but it's to cold in the building, Food was cold fast, Christian was our waiter ,very nice and polite 😊

Don't know what is going on with such an iconic restaurant it just was not there in my last visits.

Server was great especially with kids from another family sitting in front of us love a server that takes time to make kids happy. She was definitely a pleasure to have as a server

My favorite dish is Carbonada, with a glass of Vin Santo wine and a tiramisu dessert...

Good was good but when ordering online why allow me to make certain request and still not follow anything I ordered.. was really looking forward to my food but didn't get what was expected .. food was ok

We were undercover and call ourselves the gardeners. We travel around to different olive gardens and rate them. We typically like to keep our identity anonymous.

Olive Garden is typically a McDonald’s for us. But our server daisha- was the best service we received in a long time. We go to high end steak houses and don’t even get this kind of service. She deserves a promotion. She would fit right in at a 5 star restaurant.

Lighten up on the garlic bread being so salty and over garlicky. But other then that we always love going there for bite to eat.
