The Pretzel Factory is the perfect spot if you’re craving a classic, no-nonsense pretzel. You get exactly what you pay for—hot, soft, and fresh, with just the right amount of salt. Definitely go for the regular spicy brown mustard; it’s the perfect complement. Skip the hot mustard unless you want a horseradish kick that burns your nostrils! The staff has always been pleasant, and I’ve never had an issue with my orders. Definitely worth it, and they’ve earned a repeat customer.

Philly Pretzels taste good and are a fun quick snack. We've only ever ordered a few pretzels at a time, never catered or ordered a large order. Staff seems friendly all the time. This is not an elegant place, by any means, but it's fine to get a few pretzels to go.

I used to go on Mondays when they had $1. Pretzel dogs but they no longer have that. They do have a special I think every day.
The young female cashier who was working 6/8/24 at 1:30 pm at the MacArthur Rd location needs some coaching. She commented to the person checking out ahead of me , “I can’t believe you hit the no tip button!” It is inappropriate to question or guilt customers into tipping. Especially when this business is counter service. Tipping is optional and given for outstanding service, not a standard expectation. Based on this experience I will rethink returning to this business.

The workers had no ambition. The pretzel case was bare and not stocked. Took forever to get cinnamon bites. Then there was confusion on who ordered pretzels. Not a quick place to grab a pretzel!

Absolutely horrible! I placed an order yesterday morning. Then I called at 8:20 am the day of to check if the order was ready and to possibly add to it. The two ladies that were there said my order was ready and I could add to it. I went today to pick up at 9:45 the time I had order for and nothing was done. They said they called but they didn’t. What makes it worse I called them 1 hour and 20 mins prior and they lied, and had the nerve to add to my order knowing they had nothing ready! They don’t deserve the 1star I put up.
