I called to get some pizza delivered one late night for some friends and family after asking what the delivery fee was 3 time with out getting the answer they hung up on me. Son tried calling back one to not be answered

Very Good Pizza and meals. If you join rewards program, each time you purchase food you are awarded points, it just varies by how much you buy. It doesn't take long as your points build up to allow you to redeem points for menu items! Works good!

Worst pizza at whitehall pa pizza hut I have ever had ! They did not let the dough rise (proof) for the pan pizza it was disgusting! When I said something about it they said this is the pan pizza ! BS ! What a waste of money !!!!!!!!!! Never ever go back

Would not honor the book it program reward for a personal pan pizza, although I have given them the code an they just typed it in , in the past! He said i needed to printed out version? Maybe he was on a power trip but i am not happy with my experience an won't be coming back to this location.

Besides the order not being right, the place is a mess. I ordered a personal pan, breadsticks and a drink for my daughter. She forgot to put in the pizza. Tables are filled with left over crumbs, the napkins aer laying on top of napkin holder. I actually asked the employee, shall I place these napkins in the container. She said she would get it. It’s still not done. i see laziness. As owners, I would want my place immaculate and presentable. Clean and organized. I’ll manage this place!

The pizza was burned to a crisp and not able to eat. Any person who had any idea about cooking, could have seen this was not meant for human consumption. Had to throw it out. Had 3 children and 2 adults who were looking forward to pizza. Had to go out to a diner, $20+ dollars in the trash, never again.
Never received my order. Called with no response. No refund issued.

Ordered wings and pizza - the wings were ridiculously spicy which was not mentioned in the description and for all practical purposes inedible and the two meat wraps I bought are ridiculously oversalted and beyond that the taste is horrible so you can't win. It's very unlikely I will ever order from Pizza Hut again after tonight.

I called to place an order around 6:30 pm on a Friday, and the person who answered asked if I wanted carryout or delivery. I asked what time they were opened until and he informed me that were closed. I inquired why he would ask me if I wanted carryout or delivery if they are closed, then he just hung up. Great customer service! Bravo Pizza Hut. I wouldn't bother ever opening again.
