My grandson and I were just in there. Nothing special I ordered the Big box meal and soda. Got home to find my pasta was missing. I called it took 3 x to get a person after a long wait ? Only to get hung up or transferred to no one answering I was explaining they didn't fill my order. Called back again and waited for a person to answer AND AGAIN put me on hold and no answer. I had to send my boys back to get it. Let's see what happens ??? as a senior disrespectful behavior is unacceptable! Spent over $32 and won't be there again.I just tried a piece of their Pizza oh my God the dough is rawThey got the pasta now to be fair the bone in wings buffalo mild were very good. I plan on taking pizza back for a refundGot my cheesy Alfredo pasta it was good

They do not answer their phone. I got a call center after sitting on hold for 30 minutes and calling again. The call center said I’m sorry we can transfer you to the store number…so I tried that. 10 more minutes on hold. Hit 1 for the call center again. The call center can’t even transfer me to anyone else to help. They’ve either got a wrong number listed or seriously don’t care about customer service.

Ordered my food online and had to wait about an hour, not really complaining about that however I’ve had Pizza Hut plenty of times before and they completely fell off. Decided to order from their $7 deals menu, pasta is dry and never got the 4 pack of Pepsi I also ordered. Called to have them bring it out and they bring me a 2 liter of Pepsi? Never in my life did I ever pay $7 for a 2 liter until tonight. I understand that places like this get busy but your employees need to take their time and read orders correctly and management needs to also pay attention to detail as well!!!

Good pizza. But the employees are nowhere to be seen. They always hang out in the back that you have to whistle or yell. I've been there over 20 times and its the same hiding game nonsense

It's always nice to have pizza delivered. I liked it. But it just isn't the way it used to be. But, for a change I think I might try it again but not In the future.
