Red Lobster

Dom was an amazing server! He was incredibly attentive without being overbearing and made excellent suggestions that really enhanced our experience. From start to finish, his service was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He checked in at all the right moments and made sure everything was perfect. Overall, Dom provided excellent service and made our visit memorable. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have him as our server again!

Scott (our waiter) was amazing! His attention to detail, tentativeness and his compassion to serve others is truly unmarkable. We came to celebrate my 15 year old son’s birthday and he made everyone feel welcomed, cared about and entertained the entire table. We will be back to see Scott again soon! 🙌🏻

Our food was not good. We had twin lobster tails that were very tough. My rice was very dry and the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were very stale and not warm. The service was very slow and my wife got her coleslaw after our meal was over. We dine in Whitehall quite often and this dinner, has got us thinking whether to return.

Daniel at Red Lobster made our dining experience exceptional. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and professional. He knew the menu well and gave great recommendations, checking in at just the right times without being overbearing. Our drinks were always full, the food came out exactly as ordered, and he made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Daniel’s positive attitude and excellent service truly stood out and made our visit enjoyable. If you’re dining at Red Lobster, I highly recommend asking for Daniel! For such a young man he showed us an excellent experience, better then most times I’ve come to This same restaurant.

Had a reservation for 7 and we were not seated until 8. Bartender and our waiter were excellent! Loved the Margarita flight.

The system/restaurant overbooked reservations even though we had a reservation, we still had to wait an additional 45 mins to be sat. Food was good!

Kuri at the Whitehall location was just simply amazing! Probably one of the kindest, professional and just downright sweet server we’ve had in a very, very long time. Others at this location should emulate her behavior. Thank you so much!
