No wonder many of the locations are closing, the soup & salad no longer included with meals, the caesar salad went from green to white, neither is the lobster mac n cheese with Lobster fest and the price increased from $30.00 to $42.00 for the twin tails, and they are too small. They are doing nothing to keep up with the times. There use to always be a line no matter when you went there, and now it’s always empty. Ultimately, I believe they will become a thing of the past, if they do not put on their thinking caps.
Food was okay at best. The biscuits are definitely the best part.
Prices were high and the quality of food didn't match the high price.
Think I'll pass on going back.

Food wasn't bad. But it's not worth waiting over an hour to be served appetizers. While the manager did try to rectify the situation by taking one of the appetizers off our bill, the server was quite forgetful on at least keeping our biscuits in the basket. He served us one basket of 4 biscuits and our drinks after sitting there for 30 minutes while the tables next to us who arrived after us received their drinks and 4 or 5 baskets of biscuits within their firstb30 minutes there. I understand the service industry. Things get rough when you are short staffed. But the obvious lack of concern of our table VS the privilege table was very disheartening and disappointing. We were ready to pay for our soda and lemonade and go after the hour had passed with no interaction. That's when the server told us the food was ready to be brought, and the manager followed to talk to us as we sat back down. We gave it a chance and guess what.... a second basket of biscuits never came, but the tables next to us got more! We looked past the outdated venue and were shocked that the service was as bad as it was with only 4 to 5 tables to serve. Additional was mainly couples with one table that had 4 people. But whatever the biscuits and shrimp were delicious.... wait... maybe cause I was starving by the time we got them.

Red Lobster has really gone down the tubes.
I'm revising my review. Today there were lots of empty tables, yet we were told a 40 minute wait. So we chose to sit at the bar. We've been here 30 mins and still don't even have our salads... Yikes! I went to the bathroom before we left - see photos. Hopefully the kitchen gets better detailed cleaning than the bathrooms. Sadly, we will not be back to this location. It's been one of our favorites for many years.

We ordered online for Valentine's. Husband ordered surf and turf. No turf. Paid extra for roasted vegetables, burnt. Couldn't even tell what they were. Tried calling on hold for half hour, no one answered.
For what we paid, I expected a lot more from Red Lobster!!

I've been coming to this Red Lobster for over 30yrs and it's always been a reliable place for good food, good service and good value. I have noticed as of late that there has definitely been a shift and I cannot help but think of all the news reports about their financial situation and measures they are taking to remain in business, needless to say, it is starting to show. Maybe I have been blind to the changing service or to the diminishing portions but the surging prices certainly have gotten my attention. The quality in food has also made me think of how much longer I'll continue to come here for the sake of nostalgia.
Basically, the food has become just okay.
The service is meh.
The value has become elusive.
I hope that Red Lobster and parent company can turn things around and really inject some much needed life back into the restaurant because as of now it's a race against diminishing returns.

Please do not except more reservations than you can handle. I made a reservation for me and my fiancé two and a half weeks ago for Valentine’s Day (2/14) I have been having a horrible week and was so very much looking forward to going out and enjoying a good meal and drinks. We walked in and it was a complete mad house. There were probably 35-40 people in the lobby. When we finally made it to the check in desk we were told “we will call your name when your table is ready”. I figured we might need to wait a little bit, no worries but from the moment we walked in we heard people saying “what’s the point of making a reservation if you’re going to wait an hour anyways” so right away we were not feeling hopeful about the situation. We also heard a waitress say “you just sat a table of 7. We can’t handle a table of 7 right now so how about not doing that”. We heard “the kitchen has 50 orders to make right now”. We heard someone at the bar try to order their food and the server said “oh we aren’t there yet how about we just get you guys some drinks.” It’s now 35 minutes after our reservation. Most people coming up to the check in desk are stating they have reservations as well. No one was getting taken back. Why would you except more reservations that you can handle? I would have made reservations else where and then my Valentine’s Day wouldn’t have been ruined. We couldn’t go anywhere else as all other restaurants had waits as well without a reservation. And to top it all off I got an email at 1AM today (2/15) that the restaurant cancelled my reservation. Like is that a joke. Thanks a lot.

Ordered two SIDES at 5 pm. Finally hit 8:40 pm and the sides still weren’t ready. I understand it’s Valentine’s Day but that’s completely unacceptable. Reminds me why I don’t come to red lobster. Wish I could give this place negative stars

If I could leave a zero star review I would. Waited an hour even when I had a reservation. Very unorganized, couldn’t even tell me a wait time. Finally got sate after an hour and was only told ‘sorry for the wait’

Ordered 1 surf and turf sirloin Maine tail and a lobster lovers dream 2, dragon calamari, coconut shrimp, signature seafood mushrooms, clam chowder. This was a valentines day meal for my wife and I. Pickup was for 3:15. Waited for almost an hour after having to go inside for my order. Server taking care of curbside apparently could not multi task and stayed mostly in the kitchen to avoid customers. Upon receiving my order I drove home and discovered my surf and turf meal was missing the lobster tail,my steak was medium well, not medium rare, baked potato was half baked, everything was cold, my wife's roasted Brussel sprouts were burnt and didn't look anything like Brussel sprouts. Total bill for this garbage was 139.31 which I want immediately refunded. I was being generous by giving you a 1 star. They didn't have any negative stars. This will be my last meal from red lobster. Thank you for ruining my wife and my valentines day.

Despite having 7:45 reservations on Valentine's Day for 2, Red Lobster was turning down any service to those coming in. Their kitchen was so backed up they could not seat anyone regardless of reservations or not. The service desk did not have any idea of how long it would be so we just left and hoped to find another place to eat on Valentine's Day
need better management. wouldve waited 1 hour for dinner last night with a reservation made weeks ago. they dont care about the experience . they care about money & how many tables they can fit in each night. awful awful. dont ever come here for any special occasion.
One star is far to close to five stars. 6:15pm reservation and seated at 7:00pm. Food was ordered right away as we could sense the disorganization and it took 1 hour and 6 minutes for the food...and it was cold. Server gone for long periods of time and honestly not there fault but wow was the overall experience bad. Never again and should have known better. Finally, the place is really dirty. The booth we sat in was bad and we watched two families pack it in and leave after waiting so long for their food. Absolutely poor leadership.
Delicious ! Took my bf for his bday and he was soooo pleased . I don't eat seafood n I was soo l pleased with my Parmesan crusted chicken !! Overall sooo good
