Our server was impatient and the food was not good. Red Lobster is not what it use to be.

Just brought loster tail and steak, which I paid $46.00. The loster tail was about one inch long, wide and flat. The steak was tough and the bake potato very small. One of the reasons they are filing for chapter 11. The dinner was awful.

Needs a revamp. .. and a good dusting. Way, way too much salt in the seasoning. Additionally, fries came loaded with so much salt that there was a salt flat left on the plate. Coleslaw arrived at room temperature and had a it just came out of a bag mustiness and some mayo just recently mixed in flavor.Red Lobster used to be so good. For the price vs. quality, there's luckily so many wonderful small business restaurants in the valley to choose from instead of Red Lobster where you'll find quality and freshness for the price you pay.Our server was very nice and prompt. The people that work there are good, it's just the food could be better to match the price and the place kept up better.

People checking you in are completely useless. I have not seen someone as useless as they are. The rest of the staff is okay.

Our order was missing a side , we ordered surf and turf . One steak was cold , the baked potato arrived at the end of the meal apparently a potato shortage or new cook depending on who's lying . A lot of money for a sub par meal ... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.....

Sat down at 4:08 pm. She brought our drinks and took our order. Her name is Madeline and was fairly new having only been there 3 weeks. Very pleasant and kept apologizing. The rolls finally came and they were underdone. Sent them back. The second batch came right after the mushrooms and they were also underdone. The mushrooms were a big mistake with mushroom caps stuffed then cut in half and not prepared the right way. The clam chowder had almost no clams. It was mostly potatoes and kind of eatery and runny. My partner had the shrimp and scallop skewers. The shrimp was bland with little taste but the scallops were good. Cole slaw was served at room temp instead of cold. I had the shrimp pasta alfredo with the double lobster tails, one Maine and one Caribbean. Baked potato loaded that has bacon bits but almost no butter, sour cream or cheese. Overall this was a disappointment and will not be going back until Red Lobster decides they want to stay in business. Just 8 months ago it was a great meal with great timing and quality. Seems to me they don't care anymore. Then General manager Thomas said it was all corporate doing and took on responsibility. The buck stops with the boss but this one blew it off.
Recommended dishes: Classic Caesar Salad, Steak and Lobster, Baked Potato, All You Can Eat Shrimp, Mashed Potatoes, Shrimp Alfredo, Seafood, Cheddar Biscuits, Lobster Bisque
This Red Lobster interior needs updating. The waitress we had must have been new, she was very disorganized. The food however was very good.
