Shake Shack Lehigh Valley Mall

Very easy to find. Food was great. Management asked how things were for us. awesome experience

The food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful even during lunch rush. The atmosphere, for me, seemed a bit stark, but that probably just makes it easier for them to keep it clean.

Food was amazing, quick and tasty at a reasonable price. John was so attentive and gave great customer service, even when the beer we ordered was out of stock he made sure to quickly grab us a replacement and upgrade the size. Overall an amazing meal and we will return! Thank you John!

The food is great. Meat has real flavor and not like fast food fake. Very pricy though. They could add more fries for the cost.

Managers was extremely friendly. It was cool that they used bowling alley for the tables.

Food was great, hot fresh, delicious, the cooks take their job seriously and do their best and I thank them for the delicious meal as well as they sweet employees at the registers who had great customer service however when I asked the manager about gluten free options, he spoke to me like I was stupid. Trying to educate me on how he can't offer fully gluten free options because there's always a chance of cross contamination. As a mother with a 6 year old with celiacs, I want to know how big of a chance because chick fil a , in n out burger, Red Robin, chipotle and others are able to speak to me respectfully and inform me without offending me as well as provide food that doesn't make her sick so I inquired more details so hopefully add shake shack to that list but this manager was so full of himself that he couldn't help but take the opportunity to puff his chest out. I'm so disappointed. This is my second instance with this specific shake shack and I don't know if I will ever eat at this company again, I would rather go to 5 guys where they don't mind my questions about keeping my daughter safe.

Waited awhile for my food because someone took my order! It wasn't the workers' fault but they and the manager were super apologetic and even gave me a free chocolate shake and vouchers for me and my friend for a burger on them next time. Really sweet people for being so customer oriented and hooking us up. Highly, highly recommend this location.

I love this spot the service is usually great and for the price it's definitely one of the best burgers in its class. Chicken is also pretty great and of course the milkshakes live up to the Shake Shack name.
