Horrible customer service. Stayed there for 3 days and for all 3 days, the basics such as sugar was not available for coffee. We were told that in this day and age that their shipment had not arrived. At breakfast time, there were no bowls for cereal most of the time and spoons were not available as well. The attitude of the lady running the cafe was that “ breakfast is complementary “ therefore we should be ok with whatever is available.

Never stay at the Ramada Inn, especially the one in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Was double charged for a single night (June 29th), and the front desk manager, Amanda Rinehart told me to call Monday if it still wasn’t corrected. Well I called her this morning, and at first it seemed like she couldn’t even find where I had even been there. Then finally she found it and told me that her records don’t show that. Although hidden from the main route, it was a really nice place to stay. It has recently remodeled rooms very comfortable beds!

1500 Bar & Grill is a clean and basic restaurant with friendly staff. The breakfast spread is excellent, although hot water for tea may be limited during rush hours. Located near major highways, it's close to the Lehigh shopping center and historic caucus/voting locations. The hotel bar serves reasonably priced drinks and has a welcoming bartender who creates good mixed drinks. While the atmosphere could be improved, the comfortable accommodations and friendly service make it a pleasant stay.
