I work next to this location so I eat my lunch here often. The ladies that work there are always so friendly. I just recently started using the app to make my orders, and I like to request extra veggies. They do not disappoint. Look at the way they loaded this bad boy up! Shout out to whoever made this sub. Scrumptious 👏

The Arab woman that works here will skimp you out of your meat and cheese for your sandwich..
paid for extra meat and cheese on 2 full price sandwiches. she refused to give it to me because I had a coupon for a free regular 3rd sandwich. Thank god I went in to watch her actually make the sandwich and when I explained to her that I paid for it ((it was on the receipt)) she said we can not make it because you are already getting a free sandwich. Excuse me I paid for the extra stuff on the first 2 sandwich. And I didn’t ask for anything extra for the 3rd sandwich. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. So Please if you are going to order from this location make sure you are there watching just incase that specific employee is working on your sandwich. Or don’t order anything extra because you will not get what you paid for and they will give you a hard time about it. I never had an issue before with other employees that works in this location when I used promotions. Everyone is always so friendly and The food is always good and fresh. My experience today was unfortunate

Ordered a tuna sandwich, the tuna tasted bad so I politely went to the woman working and explained to her it tasted bad she said "it's new, from this morning". I told her I understand that but it tastes bad and I ask if she's able to make me a different sandwich she said yeah but I have to charge you. I told her I'm not going to eat this sandwich because the tuna is bad why would you make me pay for a different one? She then said okay you throw that one away and I'll make you a new one but Im going to charge you. Okay, great customer service here oh and bad tuna

Tuna wasn't made well which was my husband's and my son's. No idea what a spicy bmt is. Overall not a good experience. Will be going to the one in Egypt from now on.

Sandi is a very lovely and amicable person who just happens to own/operate this Subway (where Staplook es, Redners and Dollar Tree are located). Her sandwiches are wonderful!

I am disappointed to say the least...I absolutely love subway.. I think subways food is good and always taste super fresh but I just came to this location after work with my boyfriend and we were exhausted. We ordered for pick up online. I got the teriyaki steak and my boyfriend got the outlaw and we ended up eating in the restaurant but as we were in line we saw how they treated all other customers nicely and filled their sandwiches regularly and enough like any other subway but we got our order and we opened it and the sandwiches were so under filled... I'm confused as to why we were treated this way. There was no second thought..there was barely anything in our sandwiches...like I could almost count how much steak pieces there was. The ends of the sandwiches were empty and they bread was super flat meaning there was barely anything. Almost no teriyaki sauce and for the outlaw barely any Chipotle. I'm really confused as to why everyone else's sandwiches were filled enough but ours weren't.... we weren't mean or nasty at all...what did we do wrong. I go to subways often and I love them alot but after this unnecessary interaction I don't believe I'll be coming back sorry.

This subway is a rip off, they only put half the meat and cheese on that they are supposed to. Workers have confirmed this.. we got sandwiches Last night that had less than half the meat and cheese!! Complained to them online and got a generic response saying sorry have a good day.. horrible customer service. Drive the extra couple of miles to the one in Egypt!!

I asked for a number 6. They proceed to ask what i want on it, than when I say I just want the sandwich made the way its supposed to be made they don't add any of the right ingredients. I paid for a full sandwich and got maybe 1/2 of that sandwich. I already work a full time job, I don't want to train your employee to make my sandwich.
