Here seems to be 0 sanitary, I saw a guy from the kitchen walking out of the store 2 times with the same gloves he was working on food, they took forever to give us our food when theres practically no people here. Staff seems to be on eternal training, no professionals at all and no manager to be seen, people even left upset before us.
Very disappointed our visit to this taco bell.

Ok they get 3 stars because they r kinda slow , I ordered some food online walked .3 miles to get it and still had to wait ,10 min. I got a quarter of the way home and realized Im not carrying any sodas they forgot to gimme my sodas. And I ordered some cinnabon bites had to return em to get fresh 1s. Too hard and stale . They are polite and they are nice and didn't even ask to look at the hard bites when I took em back. Ps threw them to the birds

I’ve ordered from here a lot-I mean a lotttt its sorta embarrassing-but the food is good like every other Taco Bell. I just wish they warmed up the cheese more, which is a really tiny complaint. However, I did want to add that every single time I order from here, my order is wrong. Not kidding, at least 9/10 times. It’s not the time of day nor the type of order. I never ask for anything too complicated and even if I’m picking up my order, getting it delivered, or ordering thru the drivethru, I always have something wrong. It’s never really been more than 1 item and it’s not like this is a 5 star restaurant. However, it can get a little frustrating as I myself have worked in food service before and even during the busiest of times, it’s hard to mess up an order. So I guess I’m confused as to why it happens 9/10 times. Just wanted to put this here for anyone curious about ordering. Either be prepared to not be picky or be ready to go back to get ur order changed.

I was trying to decide what to order and the guy was rushing me saying that he don’t have time and mind you that this was at 9:03 and they open at 9:00am with no one behind me on the drive tru and not only that but then he took 13 minutes to go upfront and give me my order with a bad attitude, this was today 08/03/2025 at 9:03am. i would recommend another taco bell but not this location at all.

The food was okay, but overall experience horrible. It takes forever to get your food. The staff is overall just lazy with no desire to be there. The soda fountain is very watered down and overall cleanliness is that of a truck stop bathroom.

We frequent this taco bell, and usually have no issues. Unfortunately this time our food was bad. My #11 meal was burnt to a literal crisp, and my wife's soft tacos were somehow ice cold. Gentleman at the drive through window was nice as always. However very disappointed and disatisfied from opening up my food to this last night 🙁 I tried to eat just the filling inside, however it tasted burnt as well from being smothered in the wrapping.

this place was terrible. one of the two places that is open late, got here at 2am there must’ve been 10 cars in the lot and the mobile app was no longer accepting orders. i pulled into the drive thru and the staff member said they were only making orders placed on the app, not drive thru anymore. Catch is the app wasn’t accepting orders either. waste of time, won’t be coming back here.

Walked into the place. Smelled like weed. A machine on the counter was leaking something orange. Trash and food all over the floor. No napkins. A ripped open bag of straws on counter next to soda machine.

At the end of a long travel day today and we stopped by just before midnight. Drive thru guy was super nice and a wonderful attitude even though the kids were being chaotic. I really appreciate a smile.
