Horrible!! Got the order all wrong. Took it back to the counter and they forgot to remake it. The manager finally yelled "Can someone make the damn mexican pizza with no tomatoes?" I get it and it has no meat and no beans just cheese and sauce 😆 take it to the counter. I tell the cashier "I don't know what this is but it's NOT a mexican pizza" I get my drink and I leave. The manager comes chasing me saying "I made the mexican pizza for you". "No thanks I am not hungry" is what I say to this jerk. He goes back in the taco bell and throws the mexican pizza in the trash and is pointing at me to another employee.
Now I definitely don't feel bad that my 2 year old threw a couple sauce packets on the floor.
No wonder they are NEVER busy.

This place has to be on the way out. 4 pm on a Saturday, empty inside and filthy, almost abandoned my mobile pickup order that sat behind the counter while no one would come help me. Saves me the decision to never come back here. Employees couldn’t care less.

Horrible customer service, I placed an order and the employees where seating down, nobody was working on my order. I asked for a manager and the “manager” said someone was working on my order when clearly nobody was working on any order, the “manager” did not even help to start my order, she spoke to me and seat on her phone. Do not go to this place if your looking for a good customer service.
