Ok they get 3 stars because they r kinda slow , I ordered some food online walked .3 miles to get it and still had to wait ,10 min. I got a quarter of the way home and realized Im not carrying any sodas they forgot to gimme my sodas. And I ordered some cinnabon bites had to return em to get fresh 1s. Too hard and stale . They are polite and they are nice and didn't even ask to look at the hard bites when I took em back. Ps threw them to the birds
At the end of a long travel day today and we stopped by just before midnight. Drive thru guy was super nice and a wonderful attitude even though the kids were being chaotic. I really appreciate a smile.
I'd like to acknowledge Quinten at the whitehall location this man has an aura about him super professional and amazing customer service skills. I'm a regular there and he is always spot on multitasking and keeping it professional the entire time he definitely deserves a promotion. He is one of the few that I'm willing to write a review for all I can say is thank you to Quinten for being an amazing person!! 10/10
