Service was horrible. Told us they were out of raspberry for the drink I wanted, and no draft beer. Ordered a different drink that literally had raspberry in it. We never got our waters, and drinks took forever. Meal came out before the drinks even did. A friend ordered shrimp tacos and got fish tacos instead. Pulled out an entire strand of hair that was cooked in to the fish. Another friend ordered a smashburger and they didn’t even add the onions it was supposed to have. Manager took care of it, but it’s clear the staff needs a retraining. Disappointed is an understatement.

The food was all amazing, but that unfortunately was not worth the terrible service and experience we had. The server spilled are drinks all over the table and a guest in our party, and I was completely okay with that because mistakes happen. We then asked for bread three times and it took literally 40 minutes for us to get bread. Our food took a while, but that’s expected on a saturday at a restaurant. MY PROBLEM comes with the manager. He is, for lack of better terms, a dud. Didn’t even come to apologize about the server spilling the drinks. Said the bread thing was “first come first serve” for the servers! Like HELLO?!?! How is that okay? Our server then said the drinks would be comped. When we got our bill, the drinks were not comped. The manager tried to justify it, saying we drank the drinks but the server told us they would be comped. Honestly, management needs to get their act together before they start losing more business.

My wife and I ate at the Whitehall Mall Cheesecake Factory. The music was to loud and after a request to the waitress if the music could be turned down no response, the loud music stayed the same. As we gave our order and the meal came out dinners were okay not great or bad. The salad was basically a bowl of lettuce. When the waitress brought our bill to my shock a charge of $8.95 each was on my bill in addition to the meal price of $17.95 each for two pasta dinners. I was not happy that the waitress never told us about an added charge when taking our order. Plus the fact that a dinner charge of that much does not include a salad is ridiculous. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the waitress after I received the bill telling her she led us to believe the salad was included with no mention of added cost. Needless to say we will never go back there again.

We sat outside and it was so lovely. There were people walking around and we were people watching. The entire staff we interacted with was amazing. The ladies who were hosting were non stop and do not get enough credit for how organized they are. Our waiter did a great job and made offers in ideas that were spot on.

Good visit, but I won't rush to go back. Food was excellent. Chicken bacon avocado sandwich was very good and the Brussels sprouts were phenomenal. Quite pricey, though. Burgers are $20, the Brussels sprouts were $12, chicken sandwich $20. That's just a little too much. Service from the kitchen was slow and the place was not busy. Plus we were told our gift card was expired. That's NOT COOL. Gift cards should never expire.

Today my husband and I went to do some last minute shopping before our vacation then we decided to grab some dinner at cheesecake factory. Haven't eaten there since like 2014 back in Queens,NYC. Anyway I ordered the Mexican salad and my hubby ordered the teriyaki salmon bowl. The waiter Ron was very nice and attentive. Bread they served the table delicious. Our food came and right away i noticed my hubby's food amazing sudden regret that I didn't order that dish. Started to eat my it was good. Took my fork to grab another bite and bomb i see the longest hair. Absolutely disgusting!!! I called the waiter and showed him the hair he took the dish away right away and apologized. I ordered my husband's dish but had to wait another 20 mins!. By that time I was just like we should leave but my food came and I ate it. Salmon was good. Rice was over kill..I wasn't happy but they did waive my dish but ppl always check your food. Last time I'll eat there. Again the waiter was very nice and attentive so he gets a 5 star.

My nieces bday wish was to dine here. We had a party of 10. We ordered our drinks (sprite and water w lemon) and nearly 25 minutes later the drinks came- no lemon nor straws. Food took even longer and we did not have any utensils at our table and had to continually ask for utensils & straws. When the utensils were given to us, here’s what we received. Service was poor and food was mediocre. You be the judge of how poor it was. Photos attached. Spoon had some kind of dried up wall plaster on it and the fork dried up food particles.

We was seated but waited for about half hour before anyone came to take drinks. We waited for a whole for food and they got the order wrong. Then waited about 45 minutes and the food was cold. We left. Won't go back this way in Allentown PA
