Brittany was so much fun. She was quick, and very friendly. The food, as always was absolutely phenomenal. Worth the hour trip. Its only our second visit but well worth it. Try the pizza. So fresh! The sushi is delicious. And listen to your waitress for your desserts. They know best!

So bad. Bathrooms out of toilet paper, told the 8 hosts and no one moved. A kiosk on the table to order food would have had more personality than server. Ordered a drink, they were out of the main ingredient and made the drink anyway. Kids food was piping hot. Service slow. Food bland.

The place has very good food and I truly believe it has a lot of potential. However, the service was very disappointing. The restaurant states that it closes at 11 PM, and we arrived before 10 PM. The hostess let us know that we had about 15 minutes to place a food order, which we appreciated, and we placed our order in less than 5 minutes.
Our server, however, seemed upset when she realized we were ordering food, and from that moment on, the experience declined. She ignored us throughout the evening, and when she brought our plates, she placed them down in a dismissive manner. Even when we thanked her, she did not respond.
We also noticed her arguing with the hostess, who had told us it was still okay to order. After that, she focused on cleaning the bar and the area around us, even while we were still seated, which made us feel unwelcome.
I’ve worked in customer service for a long time, and I understand how much reviews can impact a business, so it’s disappointing to have to write this. But I also know how important service is, especially when we are paying for a dining experience. The food is wonderful, but the service needs serious improvement.

Visited a few months ago and had a good experience. Stopped in tonight and was bad enough we will not be back. Started with a stop to the ladies room after a long day in the road. 1 of 3 stalls had toilet paper, no paper towels to open the door where the handle looked like a 2year old with greasy fingers got ahold of it. Sat at the bar and asked for 2 drinks and 2 waters. Received the drinks and put in for an appetizer. Received a pretzel with 2 dips, the mustard was great but what was supposed to be a beer cheese looked and tasted like a scoop of processed cheese not even melted. Unfortunately, could not finish our appetizer since we didn’t get any water to wash it down. Waived down the bar tender to ask again for water and if we could place a dinner order. She took the dinner order and about 10 minutes later we finally got some water.
Dinner was fair. By the time I received my soup the croutons were soggy. Flavor of the soup was ok as was the grilled cheese. The sushi on the other hand was so basic it looked like it may have been something you may find at a gas station possibly? Even the grocery stores looked so much better. We asked after dinner if we would come back, can we ask to dress it up some with sauces or tempura to which the bar tender decided to think she was going to “educate” us on sushi. The snotty attitude we could have done without, along with the snide “cheers” remark She parted with. We are happy to leave the mediocre food, flies, and little miss thing at the Thirsty Turtle and will look elsewhere for a much better experience.

Husband had chix vodka parm sandwich and I had the Cubano. Fantastic smoked brisket and pork, Swiss cheese n pickle!! Great service as well with Dante'! Worth the visit!
Naiya was very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back! The seafood bites didn't come as described. They were missing Cheryl peppers and green onion. We told our server and she brought us the missing ingredients.
