Horrible service. Went thru the drive-thru. Ordered a #9 shareable meal. They gave me a #8 instead. When I went back to retrieve the 20 chicken rings, they told me I'd have to return part of the drinks and the fries in order for them to rectify the situation. AFTER I had already dropped the order off with my customers down the road. Three things: 1. Nobody told me they replaced my #9 order with a #8 (less food). 3. Nothing was done to rectify the situation (as if it were my fault). Lastly, based on their lack of customer service skills, I still never come here again. Nor should you. One star is one too many. Zero is more like it.

Parking: Sometimes a bit crowded to park also watch out cars zipping though the parking lot to get to the highway faster 😧
Efficient, busy. Could have been friendlier, missing one of my items. Good overall. Best mozzarella sticks.

Some of the buns were really dried out, they hard & crispy. Seemed like got really toasty or the sliders were placed in a microwave. Other than some of the buns being hard the overall flavor of the sliders were decent, typically what to expect from a White Castle.
My husband and I went to this location after checking hours, which said it was open until 3am. We got there about 9:40pm. Lobby was closed, so we got in line for the drive thru. We wanted 30 box. They said they couldn’t do it cause they were closing soon. They could do 20 tho. We ended getting nothing. Someone needs to be on top of the hours. Google says they are open till 3am, so you would think you have plenty of time. They should be open later when the PPL Center has an event

This place takes forever for the drive through. I have to wait and turn off my car in the drive through to inch up in line. You have to consider if you’re okay waiting 15 to 20 minutes in line to even go.
