So I want to start by saying I did get a big order. They were very friendly while fixing the order but I ordered without onions. I made sure they knew I DID NOT want onions on anything. EVERYTHING had onions on it. They went to fix the order while giving six burgers back WITH ONION. At the point. I'm getting upset. Really upset. Like c'mon. Different worker had come to make it and seen the onions on the burgers and was just as confused as we were? We don't have a white castle by us in pa. This is why the order was so big along with feeding our three kids. They were very polite and friendly while fixing the order and also forgot to mention , they forgot a fry. Like I said they were very kind. So I give that to them. When it comes to detail yikes is where I leave it. We all have bad days though. So idk maybe this was theirs. Wishing for better the next guests.

This White Castle restaurant was very busy during our visit. But they are very thorough and quick to get all the orders out. Everything was made when we placed our order. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has a diner feel welcoming everyone.

I live 2 1/2 hrs away...so me and the Mrs. Make it a mini getaway...we ordered a 30 pack ( half no onions) and of course there was onions on those that should be no onions. Food was hot & fresh..price has skyrocketed since our lasttime going a year or so ago.

The staff is friendly and courteous. Our food was fresh and tasty. However they need to keep up on the cleaning of the dining area and restrooms. Every time we have visited it needed a cleaning and the soda machine is always leaking onto the floor.

The only white castle in pa takes the liberty to change the white castle slider how they want it and not the white castle way and no forewarning.
Very disappointing driving to have a rewarding slider just to be told.
This is the way our white castle is and you automatically get ketchup on your slider.
Then Ciara the acting manager that day just put me down as a customer and made this the worse experience ive had nationwide.
Im from Chicago il. I moved to pa and now my white castle stories will go silent because I can't talk about how awful this was not bring anyone here to experience white castle because they havetl their own way and not very open to white castles known ways.
I don't think this location should be managed and allowed to just add condiments to a burger. Then if a customers alarmed and go back they slap you in the face and say well that's the way we do it if you dont like ketchup I should of told her (Ciara)
How would I know you put ketchup on a white castle that's not and original slider or any slider without specifically asking for it.
I'm glad the corporate is available 365 24/7.

Although the lobby was kind of messy, the service and food was excellent. The kid working the counter was super energetic and helpful. As soon as he was done behind the counter he came out and started cleaning up the dining area. He was super sweet.
