We visit quite frequently as we live nearby. Never had any issues. My daughter got out of practice early on 9/16 so we stopped by at 7:40pm. It was made clear that we were not wanted- likely as it was 20 minutes prior to closing. No greeting- just stood there and waited for us to speak- no smile no thank you- basically didn't say a word. On top of that the machines had already been cleaned so they were not able to be used? Not sure we will be stopping by again.

Stopped by for a some ice cream. You order and step aside to wait - the girls working that day were more interested in counting their tip money than taking orders - so our order was wrong - they spend alot of time in the back, not paying attention. Chocolate dip became Chocolate sprinkles - not the same. My vanilla had to be changed to large cause there is no medium. The price was good and the portions are large but at least pay attention to what people order especially of you...

The one place I always looked forward to being open for the season. Love the food and the sweet treats. Always had the best customer service around. Even when it’s closed for the season I am always craving the canalside cup. Always a good experience and experience and will always be recommended by me to others.
