I occasionally stop by this location to grab a pretzel as a snack while at the mall. I rarely go to the mall; however, I did today and decided to stop by Auntie Anne's to grab a plain salted pretzel. The cashier told me the total was $5.99. I responded, “Excuse me, $5.99?!” As I was shocked. It usually cost around $3.
She then said, “Yeah, the prices increased since the new owner took over.” This will be my last time stopping by, as this exorbitant price hike is both unrealistic and unsustainable for a pretzel. I will not contribute to corporate greed.

Auntie Anne's pretzels are always good but service varies. Sometimes there are long lines with poor service and other days like this day, the workers are attentive, no lines and they have fresh pretzels.

Don’t go here. Since I see people in and out the oven, what kinds of pretzels will you have coming is not a question that requires a microscope. And since you’ll be working here the rest of your adult life ring people up then have them wait to the side. Not you have a line of 8 people and you keep asking Everyone”what did you want”?

Wouldn't recommend coming here around opening hours. They have nothing until about 3 hours later.

Waited about an hour for pretzel dogs that they said would be done in 10 minutes before I gave up waiting and went elsewhere.

The girl with the long hair who is working the counter right now at 3:45pm on Friday, October 13th needs a serious attitude adjustment. I don't even care that she didn't apologize for getting the order wrong, mistakes happen. She is just a nasty miserable entitled person, and I get it, people in general are annoying, but as I, myself, who works in the service industry, this is unacceptable behavior.

Super fast service and the line moves quickly. Had a pretzel and lemonade for $7. Almonds on pretzel were fine but the bread stock is nothing like the Philly Pretzels that are more robust. Lemonade is good.

There are many consistent things about this location and they are not positive. The service is very rude and slow, they stop making pretzels an hour before they close, on any given shift there are 5 to 8 people behind the counter and 2 to 3 actually working. There may be a manager but there is certainly NOT a leader.

Terrible customer service I couldn't order all I wanted because I was rushed through the line. The young girls working there responded to everything with a very rude attitude.

Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. Have their phones out on a call and have AirPods in while there’s people in line. Ignores customers.

My pretzel was hard as a rock

Server grabbed my pretzel nugget cup with his ungloved hand. Probably the first time in 2 years I’ve had someone touch my food without gloves in. Please have your employees wear gloves.
